Nooney
I’m Homed
Nooney you poor poor girl. When we had our first hound we worked full time, I came home every lunchtime to check on Jack. The little devil had chewed the mail, c.d and video cases and sucked the cushions on the settee. After a couple of weeks i removed said items and returned them to there original places a couple of weeks after that. Jack was no longer interested in the items that had facinated him previously. This just goes to show patience and dedication is required when taking on a new pet. Perhaps Nooney's previous owner should get a goldfish instead! Our new hounds Gracie (baby) and Blaze are proving a hand full, but we are determined to help them settle into the home life.....

Toby is on hols at dumpledale farm and having a good time but today he went to the beach for the first time ever and because he forgets that he is disabled he fell of a rock on the beach and ended up at the local vets with a badly skinned front leg, he is in the lounge on the sofa resting now. he has been amazing for the last two days going off lead and having the time of his life. he is going to be on tabs for a few days now and his mummy will change his bandages with help from his auntie sas and he will be right as rain. love to all back home xxxx

it beggars believe however if that is how the people felt about her then she is going to be much better off without them, i so wish that people would seriously think about having a dog if they are going to have such problems with a small incident like this. we shall be able to find her a home where she is truely loved and wanted. xxxx

Charmer only came in yesterday and is she a charmer!! I thought I'd give her a fuss and a cuddle and she licked my face and kept pushing for more attention she is such a little darling. Such a beautiful girl her website photo does not do her any justice so you'll just have to see her at the kennels!!Ha!Ha! Give her a real cuddle but watch she doesn't lick you to death. Love AL xxxxxxx

Mannie
I’m Homed
Mannie is a little fuss pot, loves to stick his head through the bars waiting for someone to come along and give him a fuss. Mannie's grandfather Frightful Flash is Ruthie's great grandfather. Maybe that's why when one is getting a fuss the other one is barking for attention. He has lots of energy for a 7 year old whose done 134 races but he is great on the lead. He is such a little sweetie- I hope somebody falls in love with him soon and gives him a forever homexxxxx Al

Lola (Lass)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
So pleased to see the reserved sign for Lass. The second pic of her shows her with our Roxy (Razzle as she was) and they were lovely kennelled together. It's always made me feel so sad that she hadn't found a home yet as she seemed a real sweetheart.

Mindy
Over the Rainbow Bridge
To All, Mindy attended the vet's this morning, all o.k. with the stitches, new dressing & to attend again on Fri. for a further check, otherwise one would not think she had a problem. But on Fri. it may come to a lamp shade collar,(we will see how she reacts) . Otherwise this lady thinks she should still be racing. (She will have to get this out of her mind) & retire to a lovely lady. SYLV & JOHN

Very sad news; people are not perfect, yet we offer them forgiveness and second chances when things go wrong; why can't we do the same for our dogs who love us unconditionally? Please give Nooney a big hug from us. xxx
