Happy birthday Flloyd! Glad to hear lockdown hasn’t impacted on the standard of birthday dinners in your house! I think our Peggy who shares her birthday with you might like to move in! It was a low key birthday here as there’s so much big sis Lena can’t have. Peggy says she had a banana frozen yogurt as her treat! Lena had a chicken ice pop. Birthdays are exhausting though so hope your snoozing now xx

Happy 6th birthday to our beautiful, happy and occasionally very silly Peggy! When she first came to live with us we did sometimes wonder what we’d done and often said we weren’t sure she’d see her next birthday! Well here we are 3 birthdays later and she still has that slightly edgy side to her and the only 2 things that get a bark out of her are squirrels (when they are very close) and her grandad! She’s a lovely girl to have as part of our family and now I just wish for so many more birthdays with her in our lives. Love ya Peggelets xxxx

Today is Good Boy Flloyds 7th birthday, he just so happens to be Mr June in the Daybreaks calendar! Today's dinner treat was proper fish and chips (well mini fish) from the chip shop. Happy birthday Flloydy, love you loads, Mom, Dad, Hupups and the other furry four who also enjoyed theor birthday dinner with you xxxx

I've been to visit Lola and her owner Cath today and I'm very pleased to say Lola is making a good recovery. In fact we have to remind her she isn't fixed yet but she thinks she is and wants to do zoomies. Hopefully the vet will remove the stitches from one wound on Thursday and the worst will hopefully be behind her as she looks to continue healing in the weeks ahead. The local newspaper has featured her story recently and the support Cath has received from her neighbours is wonderful. Lola can now have short walks along her road which instead of taking 10 minutes can take nearly an hour as everyone comes out to say hello to local celebrity grey Lola and see how she is getting on xx. Norris was a very special lad who landed himself a very special home with a lovely and most caring family. I’m so very sad at his passing as he also meant such a lot to Paul and I. Anyone who goes back a while might remember he came to stay with us for 10 days and ended up staying more like 11 weeks after breaking his hock on day 3. We were never going to be a 3 dog family but it was tough when he left. He will always be my boy that got away and will always be in our hearts too. Much love to Lynne, Dave and boys also Andy & Gracie as they all adjust to life without Norris. Fly high and free gorgeous boy with all our old friends xxxx
