Mum says it’s a very special day cos it is one year exactly since she got me. I had yummy mackerel for breakfast this morning and a new squeaky teddy yesterday so I think special days are a jolly good idea. I wonder if there are any more coming up? I liked the funny white stuff and I did lots of zoomies which made mum laugh and she gave me little treats. I have been for a nice walk in the sunshine and now I am back on my sofa having a rest from my busy life. Mum and auntie Debbie say I’m a star and I am perfect. I think they are right:) Come on nice peoples, all the houndies at Daybreaks need comfy sofas like mine xx

As quite a late in life arrival to Daybreaks Diddy obviously doesn't not want to become a long term stayer in kennels. Anyone looking for a quiet laid back lad who loves returning in bundles any affection he receives would find him a perfect addition to their home. He has today paid a visit to Brueton Park where after travelling well in the car he loved his 1st park experience watching the other dogs running free off the lead. He walks well on the lead passing other dogs with no problems whatsoever. He showed no aggression at any time although a meeting with 2 very small dogs confused him as how to react to them. I don't think he realised they were actually dogs!!. Daddy is "big time leaner " and is ready and waiting for the right home to come along to allow him to use all that leaning ability !
