Another gorgeous boy. On his walk this afternoon he was very interested in some Magpies which were on the ground ahead (quite a long way ahead actually - he saw them way before I did). He is quite inerested in learning about the world and I think he would be a lovely walking companion

I had the pleasure of walking this handsome boy today. He doesn't pull, he walked quietly by my side and obeyed every time I said "Leave it" ( there's a lot of litter in the lane). He does like a cuddle

Oh my goodness Diddy is adorable. He walks so beautifully on the lead and doesn't appear to be phased by anything. He's a big lad but gentle and loving.

I met Magnus’ mum when I was walking with Moe yesterday. Magnus was at the vet for a poorly paw but, that aside, he is doing brilliantly and I could really tell how much they love him. I was really glad to have bumped into Magnus’ mum again because I first met her last year, again while I was walking with Moe, and she told me how much she would like a greyhound. I am so pleased for Magnus and the whole family, lovely people.

I took this lovely boy to the park today. He jumped in and out of the car very happily and walked beautifully. He was fascinated by the park and couldn't decide which direction to look in first!! He showed absolutely no interest however in meeting other dogs and if a dog approached him, he moved away as quickly as possible. Maybe he was just too busy enjoying the new sights and smells to bother socialising! He is very easy to walk and will make someone a great companion. A very friendly and well behaved dog xx

Thank you Kate, Layla had a brilliant time in the sand run. I thought she’d be worn out for the rest of the day but she was still most insistent on an afternoon walk as well! Lovely to see you and to meet some of the current residents too x

Diddy

Diddy is such a lovely lad. He is in the larger kitchen kennel and run at the moment to give him more room after managing to split the end of his tail. 🙁 As the sun came out today he was happy to sit on the bed in the run watching all that was going on. He is very affectionate and loves lots of fuss. Xxx

Lovely little Layla came for a visit to the kennels today. She looked great and was very happy to see everyone. 🙂 She went in the sand run and had a super time. Her family told us what a good girl she is at home, it was obvious how much she is loved. :)) x

Walking Alfie is quickly becoming one of my favourite parts of the day at the kennels. He's brilliant on the lead and just in general such a lovely affectionate boy. Whoever ends up with this handsome lad will be so lucky xx
