A big Happy Birthday cuddle for my lovely fletcher! He is five today:)) Xxx. He has been with us just over seven months now, what a super lad he is! Xx It always makes me sad to hear the boys, especially black boys are the hardest to find homes for. We currently have around thirty boys waiting to come into the kennels. I have two beautiful black lads, Fletch and Skip, they are friendly, funny, very loving and I adore them both! :)) If you are thinking of adopting a Greyhound please, please consider one of our fabulous boys. You won't regret it. Xxx

Diddy melted my heart today, whilst leading him up for his walk I got down to his level to give him a cuddle and he put his paw over my knee and leaned into me with all his body weight as if he was cuddling me back!! I do hope people don't overlook him due to his age, he's going to make a fantastic pet! He doesn't pull either whilst out walking, just happily trotting along by your side. He's a sweetie. xxx

A cuddle for Laddie and Lulu to share tonight. They are both very gentle and look out for each other. Laddie loves to help make the bed by taking blankets off one bed and putting them on the other. :)) Xxx

Mom disappeared for 4 days....... Turns out she'd snuck off to the muddy plot of land. I'm told we now have 'foundations' - whatever that means! TC failed to get me into my PJs every night and I missed mom so much I tried limping to get sympathy, sadly I couldn't always remember which leg was bad! Want to say congratulations to 'Tease' the whippet for winning best in show at Crufts - Go sighthounds, go sighthounds'. Florence xxx

Was so proud of our Jess yesterday, we went on the beach and had her on a training lead for the first time, she wandered off at her own pace but when called she came straight back to our side, it was an awwww moment 🙂
