Saw Barney today and he was absolutely gorgeous. A bit nervous like my boy Wolfy but I gave him a pet and he was lovely. Took Wolfy back to Daybreaks today for a little stay cus of going away tomorrow to Gran Canaria but cant wait to get him back on the 15th and never, never, never going away again without Wolfy lol ......see you soon Wolfy and mommy loves you loads xxxxxxxx

Went to Melbicks yesterday with mommy and daddy and bumped into Barney. He was like me, very nervous, but my mommy and daddy gave him a fuss (and then fussed me afterwards just in case I got jealous) which I didn't because I know my mommy and daddy love me loads. Today, though I've had to come back to Daybreaks because mommy and daddy are going on holiday to a place called Gran Canaria and I'm not allowed to go. Still, ill have a lovely time with Ruth and my brothers and sisters and mommy promised me she will be back soon to take me back home. Mommy cried, A LOT, but she gave me a kiss and told me she would be back soon and knowing mommy and daddy, they will bring me a treat for when I get back. See you soon mommy and daddy and love you loads xxx Wolfy xxx

Today I went to Melbicks! Before I went inside I stood in front of the entrance for 10 minutes then finally got the momentum to go inside. A while later I met wolfy and his new owners they really nice and gave me a fuss. Then we went to the pet corner where they have so many toys! I got doggy peanut butter and a food bin. To be honest I was actually hoping to come out with a toy as well but never mind I still got a lot of attention! When we went to pay the lady behind the counter gave me a bone biscuit which I didn't want to eat. She then gave the bone to my daddy and they gave it to me when I got home. It's been a very good day and I will speak soon! Barney xx

I totally agree with all the positive comments about the lovely Benny, he is in NO WAY at fault here- our Greys (all our dogs) rely on us to keep them safe and out of trouble unfortunately the dogs suffer when things go wrong, people rarely admit the blame is theirs 🙁 . However Benny's better off back with us to find his forever home. Just a point here too - I know Ruth and Kate's spiel to new adopters, I know what home checkers say when they visit - leaving a dog with a safe place is always stressed, leave them alone when they are on their bed, call them to you & don't approach them.I could go on - most of us have had Greyhounds for many years, we are giving you our advice so our lovely dogs and you are safe - PLEASE don't think it applies to everyone else but you- IT APPLIES TO EVERYONE!!!! If you or your family member are bitten it will probably be your fault DON'T let it happen, listen to us and take our advice so you can enjoy having a Greyhound and the Grey will enjoy living with you.

Took the wonderful pocket rocket Dusty into the Run today she really enjoyed the freedom of running free. Followed my 12 year old son up and down like a lost puppy bless. Dusty would make a wonderful family pet who can take her out for lost of walks and give her lots of fuss.
