Rodger arrived this morning just in time for a walk. A little shy but walked nicely. A very handsome boy with a nice shiny black coat! Hope you're settling in ok Rodger. xx

This little girl arrived today while we were at the kennels. She is so very, very sweet and affectionate. Stood very patiently while she was given a bath in the warm sunshine. A real cutie. xx

Belle
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Belle had a very bad accident on Monday where she tore her leg down to the bone and also broke teeth climbing over a gate in our garden. She lost loads of blood and is now under vetinary care in the day time. There is no way she will wear one of those lampshades after surgery which maybe tomorrow, but she certainly will be having a dental. Does anybody have one of those donut collars that I could borrow? Please could you leave at daybreaks if you have and I can collect Saturday. xxxx

Gracie is very pretty and very friendly. 🙂 She is a big girl weighing in at 32Kg! She met my lad Skip and was a lot taller than him! Sending her my cuddle tonight, we had lots of fun when Sara was trying to take her photo! Xxx

I think you answered your question, she will have had canine company if not human. It is early days she will learn you are coming back but will take her time. Our middle grey was returned to Daybreaks before we had her cos she can't be left alone and she will sleep on the landing if she is stressed(she isn't meant to) can Tess have a bed upstairs? Or is that the cats area? Fingers crossed. Xxx

It' me, Star! I don't usually use my voice on here, but, well - that Foxy!!! I had a lovely time at the Birthday party, minding my own business, waiting for a burger, then that old Foxy Uppy started humping my leg!!! I wouldn't mind, but he nearly fell over in the process! Kept following me around he did - had to be escorted out in the end! I don't know! - I mean he's old enough to be my Granddad! Randy old Uppy! And you don't want to know what Charlie Mouse had to say about it when I got home!

I'm sure Teal would take great delight in that task. We'll bring some books and her best singing voice when we next visit! 😉 Any top tips for bedtime? Tess was whining and howling for most of last night-I'm shattered as I didn't get much sleep (don't know how but my girls slept through it all-thankfully). We've tried nightlight & a piece of clothing but that didn't seem to have any effect. Tess kids seems to crave company.
