Tommy (Dynamo)

Sadly Tommy has been returned today. His behaviour has got worse with him stealing food and sadly his owner (who is heartbroken) feels he would be better suited to a home with older children. Tommy is a very handsome big boy who is house trained, can be left during the day, is good on the lead and good around other breeds. If you think you could give this boy a home or would like more information, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Please do not overlook a dog simply on age I have a 9 and 7 year old and they are very much young at heart. There is nothing more rewarding than offering a sofa to a dog who has spent all his life in kennels and seeing their characters come out in a home environment they will pay you back ten fold will love and a zest for life.

Casey

Casey's latest blood test results show that his muscles enzymes are back to normal. For a greyhound, the normal range for creatine kinase reading is 20-225 - back in March Casey had a count of over 7,000! We still have some way to go with Casey but he really is a great hound. He's getting a lot of help at the moment and seems to be heading in the right direction. Thanks to Ruth and Julie S for everything you are doing to help out this lovely lad.

Thanks for the comments. It was so nice to see Tess have a good nights sleep-bless-she just wanted our company which is fine by me. Ankle update: Nothing broken thankfully just a very painful sprain that's going to take time to heal. I stayed home and had lots of extra Tess cuddles whilst resting my foot with frozen veg as ice pack -Tess just kept trying to eat them!!! I've got walkies envy 😉 you don't know what you've got til it's gone -right? Hopefully it can only get better now.
