Douggie was full of it today. We only did a short walk but he crammed in enough activity to last 3 normal walks.

A lovely walk down the lane with Dez this afternoon. He was ready for a walk by the time that I got to the kennels so we went straight out. Dez really enjoys his walks and is a pleasure to be with.

Nifty
I’m Homed
I sat in with Nifty for a while this afternoon. What an absolutely brilliant hound he is. He stood there enjoying fuss for ages until he jumped up on to the bed and settled down next to me for more fuss. If you adopted Nifty you would be getting a very special hound.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well Jed's been to work again this Saturday at the local care home where he is fast becoming quite a celebrity. I am always amazed at how this gentle breed of dog can so easily adapt from the race track to walking so calmly through a care home and accepting cuddles, kisses and hugs. I know he is my dog but I think he's a star and I am so proud of him. Please prospective owners do not be put off by their racing past they are very adaptable to home life.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Hi All Good news from the New Forest. Gemma is going to be 11 on Sunday 11th June, sharing her birthday with the lovely Sue (her sane human!!!). She is a little whirlwind (when she is allowed after recent injury) and thinks she is getting younger each year. She has been putting up with us now for 4 years 8 months. It has flown by. Must not forget Stanley (the Gent) who has been with us for 4 years 2 months. Tim thinks they keep them young and fit!!! Good luck to all Greys and cares. We hope that all the dogs get their forever sofas/homes soon (don't forget as Lady Victoria always says they are all unique). Lots of love Tim, Sue, Anna (Spanner) and obviously the greys Gemma & Stanley. Axx

I've just had the very sad news that Jester went over rainbow bridge tonight to join Maddie. Sending huge hugs to the Robinson family (Mark,Carol,Amy and Emily) who are heartbroken. I personally will miss seeing this boy next door. Run pain free xx
