It is with such sadness I have just received a call to tell me that Annie went to Rainbow Bridge today. She had almost 7 years in a home and has now gone to join her brother Daire. Hugs to Caz and Paul and Yuena xxxxx Run free poppet....

Daisydog here wishing all her old Daybreaks pals a very happy Christmas. It's been a fab year - the only horribleness being the nasty lump in my front right leg which mum had to get removed - I've eaten a lot of cheese - some with sand in it, and been to lots of lovely places with my greyhound chums. For Christmas I am mostly wearing tinsel and will be sharing my Christmas dinner with the handsome Ted who is visiting with mums friend Kate. I have asked Santa for a pet squirrel but mum says she will knit me one - which is not the same at all.????????????????????????????????????

So very sorry for your loss and really feel for you right now having just been through this ourselves. I hope the happy memories will stay with you forever. I remember your Aimee when she was Linda and that year at the dog show I parked next to (or very near) Sarah who had taken her along. She was a beautiful girl and then shared my name but Aimee is much nicer and befitting for your girl. Run free Aimee xxx

Genie enjoyed her walk in Stratford. It was a very festive ramble through some beautiful Warwickshire countryside. There were lots of Greys in attendance and some new owners having their first greyhound get-together. Genie was a little unsure at first but soon realised how much fun it was and showed Reggie and Ollie the way for much of the walk. Genie wishes all her new Greyhound friends a very Merry Christmas .

Today we took Genie and the boys to the Stratford Walk. What a beautiful part of the world Clifford is! Apart from a few warning growls when we said hello to some of the other greys and their owners, she did really well. Sheep, Lamas and horses on the walk didn't bother her at all. She travels well, sleeping all the way back then enjoying a scotch egg treat.

We had the pleasure of this super little girl's company at the Stratford walk today. She enjoyed the walk today with all the other greys. She did find the non greyhounds a curious distraction but that's all it was and there was no naughtiness. With more interaction with other dogs we are sure she will soon realise they are dogs just like her. We hope Dolly will soon find another forever home to call her own, after all who can resist those ears! xxx
