Jordan was very quiet first thing this morning so I took her to the park to see if it would perk her up a bit. It did! It's always a joy to see hounds visiting the park and experiencing all of the new sights and smells. Jordan made the most of it and loved every minute of her walk. She travelled well in the car, mixed well with people and dogs and may well have caught our Christmas bird early down by the lake. Jordan is my new favourite and I could not recommend her highly enough. If you would like an affectionate and easy grey, go and see Jordan. Lovely, lovely little hound she is!

Genie getting on great with Reggie and Ollie. One thing we have found out about Genie...she loves her food!!Ollie loves his food too, so she is in good company. Reg is a bit of a fussy eater, bless him. Genie is going on Stratford walk tomorrow. We are really looking forward to taking her.

Jed
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well Jed has done it again! Tripped whilst attempting to stop his squeaky ball in the house and cracking his nail right at the top by the nail bed. The vet has had to remove said nail so now he is on three legs and very sorry for himself, Lottie in the mean time has contracted kennel cough so I am in for a fun time!

The lovely Leila spent the day in the office today, and was such a good girl. She is still very quiet and a little bit sad, but that waggy tail appeared and she got very excited when she saw her lead and she was off out in her walk bless her. (Don't tell Ruth, but she shared my sandwich at lunchtime!!!) I really hope that she can find her new forever home very soon, she is a small, very cute, affectionate girl who has experienced life in a home and just wants to be back in one again. She gets my cuddle tonight. xx
