Zennor (Mimi)
I’m Homed
We dont think Mimi suits a greyhound (poodle possibly) so until yesterday she was 'The dog with no name' but we have decided on Zennor (Zen for short). She is so unfazed by anything and is a good companion for Mac. We have realised that she's a kleptomaniac. When I come home I have retrieve my slippers from her bed along with a few other things. She has settled in well and happy to do the 'tart' pose... lying on her back legs wide apart!

Mac

Well Mac is brilliant. Apart from bouncing around when you pick up the lead (even if its just to tidy it away) he is so well behaved. He is a bit nervous so likes to pace around and check where you are and watches everything you do. You can feel his eyes boring into the back of your head. Oh and he likes to growl at people who don't like dogs, which I think is fair enough as I feel they deserve it!

Billy

*Billy update* Billy took to his new home very well eating all his meals as if they we're his last. Been fantastic on the lead and loves the woods at the back of the house. Mind you he kept us up all night as he was a bit anxious about been left obviously enjoyed the company. Today he's been much much - knows we're here for him and we'll always come back. Finally the local squirels have had the shock of their lives as they tried to steel the bird food - dont think they'll be that stupid to come into the garden again!! More billy news soon x x

Billy
I’m Homed
Billy made me chuckle yesterday. He was just about to leave to go to his forever home, but walked towards his kennel as though he thought his 10 mins out was a little jolly. When he realised he was going out the gate instead his tail didn't stop wagging and he happily trotted down the drive. X

Jed
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well poor Jed has been in the wars, first the vets thinks he had some sort of allergy attack which meant uncontrolled hiccuping, prescribed Piriton and warned it could make him sleepy!!! For those who know Jed he couldn't get more sleepy!! Sadly we missed the Stratford fund raiser which we were looking forward to. Now he manages to hurt himself getting off the sofa too quickly for his breakfast so is now limping on his left hind leg and to make matters worse Lottie barrels into his right hind whilst having zoomies in the garden this afternoon, you could not make this up if you tried!

This girl is such a sweetheart, but very timid when she came in, so we paired her up with Jimie and she soon settled as was less nervous when we left. She has the most wonderful sticky up ears. X
