Jed has we think agrrivated an old racing injury to his back he is now on reducing Metacam doses and at the moment is still sound. I didn't think I would push things by bringing him on the walk today. I have also started him on Green Lipped Mussel which has been recommended hopefully we will be on the next one. Seen you all soon.

Many thanks to all who came along today and joined the 35 dogs who enjoyed a wintry walk in Stratford. Glen has had a busy day out as he spent the morning in Stratford and then went up to the awareness day at Melbicks. He is a wonderfully happy friendly dog. His trainer Tracey describes him as a bundle of fun. That is most certainly true. He travelled perfectly in the car with Rose, has no apparent problems with other breed of dogs and behaves well with even the smallest of children. For an active dog he is very relaxed on the lead. A great dog who is going to make a wonderful addition to any family home.

So happy you gave Eoin a loving home, he is very lucky to have you. As i said in an earlier post, my husband and i fell in love with Eoin and wanted him so much but our other grey Dexter didnt really take to him and saw him as weaker than him and would have bossed him around which wouldnt have been fair on him, i was so upset as i really wanted him, but things have a way of working out and i know he has found the right forever home for him. Well done to you all, you are so lucky to have him. Xxx

Am absolutely over the moon to officially take Eoin home today!! Since we fostered him for Christmas he has come on so much, he has new hair all over his legs & bottom bless him. He has really settled in with Shaun & Peg and he is such a good boy. I really don't understand why he was there so long. He is such a gentle & quiet boy and loves lots of cuddles. Our first boy Shaun was also at Daybreaks for a long time he too is gentle & quiet & settled straight away. Our girl Peg was a different story, she suffered terribly from separation anxiety but has come through it and is a happy little girl, loving to play with her new brother!! For anyone looking for a grey please don't overlook the quiet ones they can be your best friend and give you much love in return. Have to give a massive thank you to Kate & Ruth for all your support. Also to my lovely husband for allowing me to have three but the goddard residence is now full!!! xxx
