In our house both hounds are very different Breeze is a bit scatty she will dash into the garden with a toy put it down and come back without, on the other hand Archive will see these toys and pick them up and bring them back in the house. On weds he found a toy in the garden which he carried back to the house and left on one of the dog beds, just after i came back from work Breeze having made herself tired from saying Hello to me flopped on this bed - I dont know who was more shocked Breeze or the live Hedgehog Archive had put there!!!! As you are all owners reading this you will understand when I say later when I looked in his eyes they said "I thought it was funny". As hog was only small he is at our local rescue where he will stay for the winter. Xxx

How lovely this boy is. He is currently sharing the kitchen kennel with his "harem" - the pretty Maggie & Missy Moo. Such a handsome boy, he just loves a fuss and a neck rub - then is content to lie down and snooze. Extra big cuddles for you my lovely boy. xxxx

Popped in to the kennels this morning to drop something off, and ended up stopping for a bit just to help out!! My Chris is absolutely gorgeous, and gets a clean kennel award again. He is so lovely, gentle and gives fabulous Chris kisses!! You get my cuddle sweetheart. xx

Must agree with LadyVictoria. I took Billy out for a walk yesterday afternoon, what a beauty he is. He stood so beautifully waiting to have his lead & muzzle on, then walked along by my side so calmly. This handsome youngster must surely have his own sofa very soon. xx

Well they say that having a greyhound means never a dull moment. I broke out the intrepid duo's lovely super warm coats this morning they are the ones that fasten through the front legs and over the back. Jed decided that he didn't like this and for those of you old enough to remember the children's programme The Wooden Tops Jed was walking like Spotty Dog! Hilarious he kept it up for about 30 mins until he realized that I wasn't going to take the coat off.

Jill and Paul many of us saw Pippa when she came in the same weight as my small lurcher.She was a very lucky girl to find herself at Daybreaks and then re homed by you both. Pippa touched the hearts of many and you gave her the life she deserved having had such an awful start in life. She was a really special little girl re-homed by a special couple.God bless her xxx

Jill and Paul - I was so sorry to hear your news yesterday - we were all hoping beyond hope that they could operate but it wasn't meant to be...... I am so sorry...... I will never forget the day Pippa arrived at Daybreaks in such an awful state - probably one of the worst cases I have seen - but you gave her an amazing time, much love and the best life ever. She will be running free and always in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Biggest of hugs xxxxx
