Just like our Paddy,poor Risky has sadly been overlooked for far too long...Paddy with his half an ear! and Risky with his slightly wobbly leg - well hey! none of us are perfect yet Pad has been the easiest of our greys to settle,is a fun loving cheeky boy,loves his sisfur hound Ele and very much loved as part of our family since December. Come on folks give Risky a go,even if only a foster home.We keep saying people missed out not having Paddy for whatever reason.He's a wonderful boy! as for his half an ear...oh that!...don't even notice it lol xx

Ohh Kin you are also becoming a long time resident. That is not what is supposed to happen. Next time a visitor comes to see you make sure you smile (well that may put people off if they do not know about the greyhound smile). Oke just look at them kindly and do the greyhound relaxed pose that is always good. That with your good looks should seal the deal

We were there when you arrived today and you are a lovely little girl. Poor Gill had a bit of a game trying to take your photo as you were very curious about your new surroundings and wouldn't keep still! Hope you settle in well and soon get that forever sofa. Xx

Happy Birthday to our little man....7 today.!!! We spoke to our vet yesterday about booking him in for a dental...and his comment went like this : " Oh....okay....we'll do him first so that we can get rid of him early....we can't have him upsetting the other patients". THAT'S MY BOY !!!!! Way to go Asbo....I'm sure you'll soon be upgraded to a Crasbo !!! You just gotta love him.:-) XXX.

Polly
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Polly has been in her home for around 3 months now and we went to visit her last Saturday morning. She is a very special greyhound who lives with a Jack Russell, 5 cats and a very chatty parrot. It was lovely to see her so very happy and contented and clearly she adores her mum and dad and they her. Polly is a real credit to her owners as she is absolutely in tip top condition, a perfect weight and with a beautiful black shiny coat. Later the same day Polly came into Solihull with her mum and dad and said hello to us and the rest of the volunteers at the Mell Square roadshow. She loved all of the attention....she's a real little star and I'm sure even after a great start, she has lots of happy times still to come with her adopted family xx xx
