Poor Macca... sending him my cuddle today. You have our sympathy as we've been through it with Lola who had to have a toe amputated a while ago now. It's such a worry but I'm sure he will be just fine in the fullness of time. It took Lola a while before she was completely comfortable, so I hope Macca will have a good recovery and given time I'm sure he will be just fine. It's early days and assuming that he will be on painkillers post-op I'd expect you will see an improvement within the next few days. xx

Poor macca's feeling sorry for himself. His troublesome toe has been amputated today, and he's feeling very, very sore - having trouble putting any weight on it at all. Will stay downstairs with him tonight and hope that things improve overnight

Tommo went off to his new home today...jumped happlily into the car and made himself comfortable! Will miss seeing him at the kennels but so happy for him. Keeping everything crossed all goes well for him and his lovely family. Xxx
