Mel was an absolute star today at the Stratford awareness. He was calm and gentle with everyone he met, taking in all the sights and sounds of this big wide post racing world. We introduced him to lots of treats and he loves his sausages which he took with perfect manners. This boy will be a wonderful addition to somebody's family and whoever that is they will adopt a super hound. Paddy and Ele send you our cuddle tonight xx

I would like to endorse Caros comments regarding Mel at Tescos in Stratford today. He mixed well with all his fellow greys there today and behaved as a perfect gentleman with all the shoppers he met including children as young as 2 years of age. Any family looking for a quiet well behaved dog will find this lad a perfect addition to their home.

    I’m Homed

Hi All, as far as my Mum & Dad can make out (looking at my litter mates B'day's on Greyhound data) it is my Birthday tomorrow. I have celebrated by hurting one of my front toes playing with Ripple and the vets have banned me from walking until my next appointment on Tuesday. It's dead boring staying in and even Ripple is bored. I am still being good and I love to please my Dad and I always do what he says (when he say's it really loud anyway). I hope all of my friends and volunteer's at daybreaks and those lucky ones who have found their forever sofa's are all OK. Love Toney.
