Ellie (Ruthy)
I’m Homed
Pretty little Ruthy was so pleased to be going out for her walk today she brought her lead over to me (adorable), whilst I was getting Saddle ready. Jumping straight into the car, she settled down nicely on the drive to Stratford Racecourse and was a really good girl at the event; polite, friendly and responsive on the lead. When sausages were being given out, she took a piece very gently. On the walk a couple of barking beagles and a dog running off-lead passed by. On both occasions she backed away.... Ruthy, you were a delight to be with today and no trouble at all - a real little lady. Thank you. xxx

Saddle
I’m Homed
Saddle came out with us today to the Stratford walk and, not surprisingly, proved to be very popular. This boy is utterly gorgeous. He has the most loving, gentle and friendly nature and is just irresistible when he leans his head right in to be cuddled. He has lovely soft fur and beautiful markings - like a saddle on his back (hence his name). On the journey he settled straight down and we didn't hear a peep from him either way. On the lead he walked nicely by my side and was a pleasure to be with.....When you find your forever home Saddle (which is sure to be soon) you will be, without a doubt, a wonderful, loving companion. Thank you for being with us today; we had a lovely time. xxx

What a really busy day for Millhouse!! After spending the morning on the Stratford Walk where he socialised perfectly with the 30 plus fellow greys that he met and enjoying the tasty treats on offer he then went up to Melbricks where he spent 2 hours meeting and greeting the many shoppers that were there. His behaviour towards people both adults and children was faultless. He met several non greys and although slightly curious towards small furries he does not display aggression towards them. He is a dog full of character and curiousity who will be suited to a home that keeps him active for which he will return many years of affection and loyalty.

Thank-you Ruth. That would be lovely. She doesnt do car travelling at the moment so It may take me a while to get her up there but could you let me know the details of the pamper sessions and I may book her in for one. Jak prefers a wash with the big aloe vera doggy wipes. They like basket swapping. Jack is currently in the one with the pink throw and Bea-Bea the blue xx

Hi. You might be able to get it from Ryknyld Saddlery in Four Oaks. When I had my Pony he used to sell a lot of Gold Label products. Its not far from waitrose at mere green. Its on Clarence Road or was unless Pete has moved. You've really helped me thanks. My foster-paws grey has bad teeth & i'd like to try to get some of the plack off while she is with me. Her dad is elderly and poorly so wouldn't be able to clean them. Hope you dont mind me posting. Also there is Dosthill Saddlery if they are still open. My pony gained her angel wings in 2008 so I'm out of touch now on the horsey scene

Monty (Khani)

Beautiful Khani came to Pets Corner today with the lovely Holly. This boy is fabulous; easy going, gentle, calm, well behaved and I hear 'cat friendly'. He travels well and is good on the lead, plus he is extremely good looking - and with beautiful ears. The list is endless. Khani, thank you for being such a wonderful companion today. We won't be surprised if you find a lovely home very soon. xxx

Yes Steve and Sue I agree - Holly is adorable. She came along to Pets Corner with gorgeous Khani today and was an absolute delight. Very sweet and gentle, affectionate and impeccably behaved. Her loving nature and pretty looks endeared her to everyone. I don't think this gorgeous girlie will be at Daybreaks for long. Someone's going to be very lucky. Kisses to you, beautiful Holly. xxx
