I'm looking forward to meeting this lovely boy, he looks so beautiful and it sounds like he has really loved his time in his foster home and benefitted from it. Sending him a big cuddle and a wish that a forever home is just around the corner. xxx

Ah, what a shame for you Ravi. Still, on the plus side at least it means I will still be able to have cuddles & kisses with you my handsome boy and don't worry - you're so gorgeous that your forever home will come along very soon. xxx

Woody
I’m Homed
Woody enjoyed a very pleasant holiday with our grunds at the caravan in Wales and was great company. It took him a couple of days to fully chill and take notice of strange noises, sights and smells. He showed interest initially in the rabbits which live on the site but got used to them after a few days and was quite happy sitting and watching through the window. I don’t think he has socialised with many different breeds and seemed more curious than nervous when seeing other dogs. Not one accident throughout the week and no problems at all when left for short periods. Woody is only back at Daybreaks due to our work commitments. I’m sure you won’t be there for long, Woody.

Louis
Over the Rainbow Bridge
l popped into kennels today to pick up some Burns, and met Louis & Isla. Though they are obviously sad, and lets face it ,their world has been turned upside down, they are so beautiful. l am so glad to hear that they have all been offered foster homes. lt never ceases to amaze me, the generosity of people, especially those connected to Daybreaks, who step forward , especially in times of real need, to help. l would like to thank all of you for being so kind, and thank you to Ruth for taking these dogs in, when you did'nt have to. To all the people who say that the RGT are uncaring, please take a look at Daybreaks, and see the work that they do.l think that you will change your minds. Thank you to everyone involved, you are so kind. XXXXX

Milly (Jinny)
I’m Homed
Jinny (now Milly sorry) has been living with us now for nearly a month & we couldn't imagine life without her 🙂 She is absolutely fabulous, don't know we have her most of the time but must say she has come out of her shell more this last week. She loves to take one of my slippers or shoe on her bed but doesn't do anything with it so think Santa might have to bring a soft toy for her to lie with??? She eats well & has since day one, she has put weight on we think but try not to spoil her too much. Still having peanut butter sandwiches for lunch like at daybreak. She is getting very excited at walk time so it's more difficult now to get her collar on as she won't stand still, she knows all the fun things she might get to see I think. No problems with our cat now who was very nervous of a tall greyhound initially as this is our first one. She is gentle, beautiful, well behaved, quiet & completely settled. Tails going a little bald from all the tail wagging but apart from that happy healthy girl. Thanks all
