Love the photos at Aldridge, But how are people going to believe that Greys are the calm, even serene, heading you could say towards regal beasts the are if Sophie sits there blowing raspberrys at passers-by. Xxx

I would have never believed anyone who had told me two dogs of the same breed could be so dissimilar , Carrie is my soulmate in a dog , if a dog soulmate is meant to be licking the paint off the wall , It's amazing to be sat outside with Carrie and Carla in October in the sun and just being with them , I so can't wait to get there room done , Carrie Already gets excited when I tell her about her new bedroom , Im trying to get them excited about their space before its even finished , Carla , like I've said before will randomly chew through anything and I really don't want to risk any live electric cables , Im getting stressed everyday as to what i might come home to , but I did say and will say again , Warts an' all , I really can't believe that Im chucking so much money at making my house dog safe , but then again maybe I can , after all the bank can afford it , even if I can't

Over the Rainbow Bridge
So , the general rule of the day on my days off seems to be , I wake at about 6am , the Girls have breakfast and a wee , I go back to bed until about 9.30 when I get woken by two Greyhounds who want a walk and a poo , then we come back from the walk and they take over my bed , we love routine in this house , Carla lost her house collar AGAIN , this afternoon , how it ended up on the bedside cabinet after I had looked everywhere is anyones guess , Im really not looking forward to the next few weeks and I hope it rains constantly so no-one can light fireworks Carla is so jumpy and nervous at noises she even gets scared on walks, if i move suddenly , but she is so amazingly lovely , and that little skip she does when she is happy ,which has been mentioned before is so cute ... aww as ever with my dogs everything they do makes me cry , my house looks like a bomb site ,but I wouldn't and indeed couldn't be without them

Oops, we are officially not good at this fostering malarky!! Didn't even last 24 hours..... Maria (Rhea) is wonderful though. Quite nervous but with 3 other dogs plus a noisy 2.5 year old toddler, it is quite a busy household. However it feels like she has been here forever and the other three dogs act like she has always been part of their pack. I'm not even sure the cat has noticed we have added another one. She has such a lovely temperament - she is a keeper. And.... she gets to stay with Auntie Ruth when we go on hols shortly. Have sent a photo (Rhea is in the purple collar)

Just to let you all know that we have totally fallen in love with Polly and are going to be having her on trial for a few more weeks just to ensure she stays good with the cats before hopefully officially adopting her. Thank you so much Ruth for introducing her to us, she is already one of the family. X
