Such a shame it did'nt work out this time. Separation anxiety can be a very difficult thing to resolve....and also frustrating !! Thanks to all concerned for trying their best. Better luck next time fella....at least we now know that you may be better suited to someone who is able to be with you more....or the company of another dog. XXX

lisa1875,this fabulous little girl would love to spend some more time with you. Reading your posts again, she certainly seemed to be making good progress and was happy with you. I know it can be hard having another dog in the house if you have recently lost one - particularly if they are very similar in appearance or temperament, but think of it as a testament to your dog that they have inspired such love in you that you consider welcoming another into your life - even for a short term thing like fostering. xx

Now I know why Ruth was happy to let Arthur come to France. According to the Burns wet food sachets, a dog of his size should have 2 maybe 3 per day. He has just eaten 4 and that is after his mince and rice for breakfast! Not too worried as he needs a little bit of weight on but blimey, hollow legs or what, it must be all that running around in the garden! He got on Fire's sofa last night, woops you should have seen the dirty look Fire gave him before he sulked off into a big Fido bed!

Bobby aka 'Greyhound Dave' has settled in nicely. Played some ball with the kids yesterday, found his very own sofa in our living room and watched the TV with the family. He is such a lovely dog. No problems overnight, he slept on a duvet in our room. We are blessed to have him and we will give him the best life!!

Ive never seen a dog so wide eyed and confused as when I offered Carla a Beef bone earlier this evening , it was like she was saying " is this for me ?....really ??" I've just laid on the landing floor with her for a few mins and all she did was wag her tail so fast it was like a fan.... anyone else just lie on the floor with their dogs or is it just me ?
