I feel so sad when I read about Marco. He was one of the first dogs Daisydog and I met when we first went to training and both he and Rob made us feel so welcome. Words don't help but please know that you and all who loved Marco are in my thoughts. Run free and forever Marco over the Bridge. xx

Dodge came and stayed woith Joey and Milly for the night on Friday! He is a lovely boy, bigger than our two which surprised me when I realised his nose could surf the kitchen counters! He was a pleasure to have staying with us, chilled out, calm and got on fine with Joey and Milly. He was VERY interested in the cats, and once he knew where they were wouldn't leave the door that they were behind so I think longer than a night might be difficult, but hes a lovely boy! xx

Awww - I'm glad he is slowly settling in. It took Joey (who was also very nervous and timid) a while to settle in properly. He didn't eat much at all for the first week - it really freaked me out as he was already underweight when we got him - but didn't take him long to get his full appetite back! He wouldn't come to us or leave his bed much, but 2 years on he is the most loyal hound we could have asked for. He comes and rests his head on our lap, and when I picked him up from Bark Inn after our holiday last week he bounced down the corridor to meet me 🙂 I'm sure Luke will be really rewarding. We have cats as well, Milly used to be quite keen and look at them and wag her tail lots, but was always distracted if food was offered to her which I took as a positive sign, so if he looks away I'm sure with time and patience he will be trainable 🙂 xx

Hi Sylv and John. Happy new year to you all.( And to all at Daybreaks.) I often wonder how you cope with four lovely greys! Angel Lucy often lives up to her nickname of Lucifer...she is such a bundle of energy, especially when she spots other dogs on our walks. We do a good job of waking up the village, for such a little grey she has a huge bark! Larry is now on 3 lots of medication for his heart, he started with water tablets to relieve pressure on his breathing. Misty is dong fine.

No!! I can't believe it, such a wonderful boy. I'm so upset goodness know what his family is thinking. As Linda said he is such a popular boy. My heart goes out to everyone that knew him especially Marcos family. Sending you lots of love at such a sad time. Run free handsome over rainbow bridge. XX

Paul and I are devastated to read this news. Marco was a really lovely laid back hound and was loved by all of us at Saturday class. Our thoughts are with Rob and Evan at this sad time. Sleep tight big fella. We will all miss you very much. xxxx
