I am pleasently confused when I left the kennels a short while ago Lorraine was going to take him home to foster as he appears very bewildered in kennels. What good news for him and his lucky new owners. He is a lovely boy.

Had the pleasure of walking the lovely Ellie today, she is so relaxed and takes everything in her stride. Such an affectionate girl and very gentle. If I could smuggle one out she would be top of the list. Wishing you a lovely new home in the New Year Ellie. Have already had a big cuddle today but will send you a virtual one as well XXXXXXX

As an extra note. You have only to read the posts from missfifi about Daisydog and how she overcame her shyness and nervousness once in a loving home, to see what is possible and so rewarding with sweet Boo. x

Jed
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Jed continues to amaze me, he has adapted to home life so well and taken in his stride things like hoovers, washing machines etc without any problems at all. He was not sure what to make of the ducks and the resident swans on our park but behaved beautifully. Cannot imagine life without him now and I've only had him a week!

I have Zak's brother Jed and although I have only had him a week I would not be without him now, if Zak is anything like Jed you would be mad not to snap him up!

So pleased for you Hayley, out of tragedy comes something good and that's another lovely greyhound who gets to have a happy home in retirement. I can't agree more with what Deb has said already. We only get one crack at this life so best to fill it with happy times. Very best wishes to you from Linda, Paul, Lola & Lena xxxx

Robbie (Luke)
I’m Homed
This lovely boy gets my cuddle today. I would happily have sat with him all day. He reminds me so much of Bunny who we fostered earlier in the year. He is very handsome but a little shy just like she was. When I checked on greyhound data Luke and Bunny have the same father. The shy ones are so rewarding when you find the key to unlock them and gain their trust. I'd have popped him in the car there and then but Mr. Sensible said no 🙁 I'm sure he will use his charms to best advantage with someone but there will be a bit of me that will always be jealous of the family who choose Luke. Go get 'em lovely boy xxxxx
