I,ve got three at home already but every time you go to the kennels there is always an urge to put another in the boot especially when you have dogs such as barney who are so gorgeous xx

So sorry to see pip returned I saw him briefly when I popped into the kennels this afternoon- he is a seriously good looking boy and like Ruth I have my fingers crossed that this lovely lad will be back on a forever sofa very soon xx

happy 9th Birthday Ralph hope you had a great day that pigs ear went down well (Queenie drooled along with you) and makes up for having to have your jab at the vets yesterday. Off we go now for a walk and to the many more to come xx

Pip has been returned today. Unfortunately he isn't getting along with the other dogs in the family. Therefore they feel it is best to retun him. They say he is good around children and walks well on the lead but is anxious around small dogs. Pip is not good with cats.

Thank you for all of your kind comments they are really appreciated and reassuring. Josie is booked into The Willows on Friday as you all said they were fantastic even just over the phone booking her in. I'm so glad we picked Daybreaks to adopt our first greyhound and subsequent greyhounds. The people that run it and are connected to it are amazing you never feel alone there is always someone to offer support, advice, guidance and reassurance which is invaluable. It is a very special place.
