Judy had a busy day in Warwick making guest appearances at both Morrisons and Pets at Home. She was fantastic when meeting all adults and children large and small. She was after initial curiosity fine with larger other breeds but may need a little more time to understand the smaller versions. An extremely loving and affectionate girl who travelled perfectly in the car.

Georgie girl is a very special girl, she is everything that you would want from a greyhound ,loving ,clean,well mannered,gets on with other breeds as well as greyhounds , walks beautifully on the lead and looks in tip top condition. Bill has come back to the kennels today because they felt it was too much taking on an extra dog and the moment. Bill was fantastic with the children (aged 7 and 2), was clean overnight and could do the stairs. His only downfall is that he is a little keen with other breeds whilst out on his walk.

What a good day at the great greyhound gathering yesterday. Ben got reserve in RGT greyhound of the year. I was very proud to represent perry barr at the show,and would like to thank everyone who made it happen.Ruth for making sure he looked good,Paul and Linda for their support and guidance on the day,Julie for her training,and the support of the perry barr team and those who came to watch us on the day.Speaking to other people who were showing there you realise how well perry barr is thought of,and unique we are,and what a good team we have,no surprise then that when Ben and perry barr was announced over the loudspeakers we got the biggest cheer!

Hi all joeys day has been busy went to his first training class did well ad it was so new to him followed foster mum with the washing and hsd a sneaky go at pulling it off the line carried foster dads slippers into the garden that was great fun! had sausages and gravy with my burns played in the garden said hi to the neighbour helped make the bef by sitting on it ! had my belly rubbed and now relaxing dreaming of the day ! what a boy! its love love love !

Tilly (Snowy)

Tilly had a mad moment earlier. She suddenly decided to turn back into a puppy and start throwing her toys up and down and bouncing off the furniture. We just stood agog - After about 30 secs she just stopped and returned to 'cabbage mode'... Most bizarre. Oh and she actually barked today. Not a great big "I'm on guard so don't mess with me" type of bark - more a "helloooo! You're in the kitchen and I'm not and it's dinner time, hurry up" kind of bark. But it made us jump nevertheless as she is the quietest, most unassuming dog in the world! We've had no 'incidents of the toilet department' inside - she whines when she wants to go out. She even leaves our food alone when we say 'no' (knowing her absolute devotion to all things edible I'd say this is a near miracle!) she is truly awesome and we LOVE her! :))) <3
