Norris
Over the Rainbow Bridge
I cannot believe it is a year today since Norris came home with us! He has made us laugh with his antics as well as had us running to the vet when he stole and chewed the sky remote. He is still a thief, he is the most badly behaved dog at dog club (he does his own thing rather than what I want him to do, unless it's on an assessment night or course and he astounds everyone and doesn't put a foot wrong!) but he is a real character and we love him to bits. We feel so privileged to have him. Thank you Ruth for what you do so well and for allowing us to be his forever home, and thank you Paul, Linda, Lena and Lola for being his foster parents and teaching him the ropes of living with us humans! And thank you Norris just for being Norris

Coco
Over the Rainbow Bridge
What a fab night with Coco. No problems at all. Loved his walk with Lottie at 630 am this morning. Only ate half his breakfast but perhaps it may of been too early for him at 7.30am. He also had his first small dog test (by accident) and although was interested didnt growl or anything. x

Juno (Mollie)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Juno or Mollie ( we can't decide!) is with us for a couple of weeks. She has her energetic moments but is also very calm at times. She loves other dogs and is discovering what it's like to live in a home. The TV was very scary at first but is now completely ignored. She is fairly good on a lead and loves to go out for walks. Will keep posting updates.

Den
Over the Rainbow Bridge
We took twinkle to the walk at Stratford today, where we met Den again(having walked him with Twinkle yesterday). What can we say, he was such a well behaved lad, my daughter who walked him fell in love and tried all of the emotional, soul searching, heart tugging blackmail techniques to get us to have him. Had we not fostered Twinkle less than 24 hours earlier she may well have had less resistance. For a big lad he behaved so well, not pulling on the lead, interacting well with the other breeds and lapping up all the fuss and attention he got at the cafe after the walk. This chap is a real star and a true gent.

Coco
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Wow! How's this for a turn up... our old dog Fuggie (racing name Five To Two) was fathered by Spiral Nikita. Looking at Coco's lineage & who pops up... Spiral Nikita! So we now have the great-great nephew of our dearly missed Fuggie snoring away contentedly on his bed! All I can say is... Wow!

Coco
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well Coco has settled in so well. Lottie (our Labradoodle) has now totally accepted him after only a few hours. He ate half his dinner and only had to be told no once when he went round the table attempting to steal of each of my 4 childrens plates, lol. To the point he didnt even try at tea time. He is toiletting well outside. He has been settled on his bed all afternoon with his legs in the air snoring (which believe me with 3 young children around is hard). will post again tomorrow aftyer his first night with us. x

I am sure Harry has enjoyed his few days with you and Daisy...it's sad you can't offer him a home but sometimes you have to let your head rule your heart. I am sure with such good looks and super personality Harry's new home is just around the corner. Love the photo of Harry and your Daisy dog together. Xxx

Bob
I’m Homed
Took Bob (& his sisfur Orla) to the walk at Stratford this morning....was beyond THRILLED! He did the whole walk and only hopped once. (I know he laid down about 4 times, but he IS lazy and it WAS hot!!) He was trotting along with no hop or limp 🙂 Up until now he has limped when walking and hopped when trotting...galloping was NO problem though. Ok, it may only be temporary and we may be back to limping / hopping in a while, but it made my heart sing to see my boy trotting along quite happily after 13 months of limpety limp hoppity hop! 🙂 Love you loads Bob xXx
