    I’m Homed

Collected Lucy (Angel) today as soon as we got back from holiday. She growled a bit as we came into the house to a welcome back from Misty and Larry (who had been in pre-arranged kennels) but has quickly settled on the settee with a contented sigh. Nice to have them all home. xx

Well Tessa visited the vet's on Mon. evening, things have improved but he thinks a reduced dose when the present course is over will help her and show improvement. Sylv, John and the New Icemaid Clan and Extra x

Lulu arrived on Sunday and all was going well till a bird gat trapped in the conservatory need I say more. She has made herself at home and the three legged despot thinks she is OK. After Sunday night in a camp bed she now has a new bed, used by all, and has been fine no problems at all.

Sunday went fine with Lulu all was nice and settled, then a bird got stuck in the conservatory, need I say more. Lulu has now settled and the three legged despot thinks she is OK. We have not got the right mix of food correct as yet but we are getting there. After spending the first night in a "camp bed" she now has a new bed which she likes to stay in along with Saffy who is much happier lying down than standing up.

    Over the Rainbow Bridge

You would think Coco has been with us for years, he is SSOOOOO settled. He loves sunbathing in the back garden and i practically have to drag him him to get a drink. You can see him thinking, "is this what it should be like" - "can do what i want when i want". He is learning and responding to his name more now. Loves his walks and doesnt pull at all. No accidents or anything at all in the house. Lottie (mad Labradoodle) our other dog has decided that Coco is going to be top dog, which is funny and he has really brought her out of her nervousness. x

Morning Den. Given you my cuddle again today, could do with one myself. My little cat Thomas died yesterday. Perhaps Gemma will let me have a cuddle later. Enjoy the sunshine today if you can.

Hi Lucy I am the previous owner of Twinkle. I am so happy to hear she is fitting in well so far. My son is 6 and Twinkle loved him too so it's great to hear she is following your son around already:-) If there are any questions I am happy to help you. Ruth has my number:-) Sue Have to say we are all missing Twinkle as she was a great member of our family. Our other grey 'Breeze' is still missing her but we are helping her to adjust.

Hi Lynn.....it's spooky because I was just talking to Paul at the weekend saying it was coming up to Norris's gotcha day. How the last year has flown by! We still love hearing about his exploits and it makes me very happy that he's such a big part of your family and your life. You know that Paul and I think the world of him (always will) and we wish you many more happy years together. Linda, Paul & the girls xxxx

  • Harry

    I’m Homed

Shame that Harry wont be going to live with Daisy, but you're absolutely right - it must be the right thing for all concerned and it wouldn't be fair to Daisy, Harry or you to take on something you know just won't work. I'm sure he's had a lovely holiday with you and you've been able to confirm just what a super boy he is and how well he will fit in on his forever sofa. With such glowing reports, I bet it won't be too long in coming now. All the best. xx
