Jonti
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Jonti is a lovely boy, so alert and interested in everything that's going on around him. He loves his walks, and decided today that it might be fun to try to chase the pigeon that was waddling down the lane!! We left him tonight lying sprawled on his bed, legs wide apart and up in the air - so elegant!! This boy is a real character. xx

Dexter
I’m Homed
Hi, Dexter here, thought id just log on for a quick update while my mum is busy in the kitchen....well, its great here, good grub, 5 beds to choose from (but i have to share them with my sister Bridget, and she is known as Queen of the beds, so i usually get one she doesnt want!). We go on lots of walks with my new chums. Dad is pack leader, but ive got mum exactly where i want her (that was easy). Ive heard them say that im very cute, and I get called Good Boy a lot too. Me and Bridget had a play this morning in the garden and toys were flying everywhere - it was brill, but Bridget got a bit giddy and started to play bark so I ran and hid behind mum until she calmed down, and mum laughed for some strange reason. I keep jumping on mums bed even though Ive been told not to, but I dont think she minds too much, but I just cant resist it. Anyway, must dash, think mums coming. Bye for now xx

Walter
I’m Homed
Thanx so much for the advice and support. The shock has worn off but we have had a wake up call about how vigilant we need to be at all times. We are using Walters muzzle more but he is still dragging it up anything he can to try to pull it off. We have decided to try to train him out of this so he accepts his muzzle more if we can. Otherwise he is just going to have to wear it either way whilst we r doing this as we have to put Tilly's safety first as she has so much to lose if it goes wrong. We don't blame Walter at all, he has had so much adjusting to do and dealing with a furry running thing in the house too is such a big ask of him after four years bring trained to chase them. It's our fault the horrible incident took place and we are desperate to get it right. Thanx again for all of the reassurance and we will let you know how things go. Xxx

Bunny
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Bunny is transformed in a home environment and is a different dog than you see in kennels. She is growing in confidence daily, especially around the house and is settling nicely into our routine. To see her now bouncing round in the garden is a complete joy! In the park this morning she met young Wilf who is a Beagle/pug cross. She sniffed him and then just looked away which is real progress as she was initially very interested in other breeds. It's early days but I am thinking maybe she was just curious about these strange-shaped dogs she saw in the first few days she spent with us. We have also found that she can be left for several hours and is still clean in the house. All in all she is being a little sweetie. I hope that someone will read this and think that Bunny might just be the dog for them. She should be at the kennels at the weekend and I soooo hope someone will fall for her xxx
