Tiff stayed with me, my husband and our hounds last week. I was thrilled to see she had managed to find a home, then sad to find out it fell through. So the solution seemed to be to bring her back here. Welcome to the pack Tiff!

Jim came with me to Elmdon Park today. We walked there, but I had to get something out of the car first. He was quite disappointed that we weren't going by car and did his best to try and squeeze past me to get in! Once at the park, we met lots of different breeds. He wasn't too sure what to make of them to be honest and will need a bit more practice with them. He is quite strong on the lead, but that was a great help going back up the hill! He loved having a good sniff around and gave me a lovely thank you kiss when we got back to the kennels. He also looks very handsome in his starry fleece. Hoping that he doesn't have to wait too long for his forever home xx

I met gorgeous Jess today. What a stunning girl. We had a new volunteer start today, who is also called Jess...We tried very hard to persuade her family that as they both had the same name she needed to go home with them! :))

Buddy

Buddy was brought back this afternoon by his owners son. He told me sadly his Father had passed away earlier this morning. Xxx Although a little wobbly on his back legs Buddy looks great and has obviously been looked after and very much loved by his owners. I heard all about him and his life with them. Unfortunately as much as his owners family would have liked to have been able to keep him they have cats and Buddy isn't cat friendly. 🙁 He came back with his lovely big bed and his favourite spider man blanket. 🙂 Xx Later on this afternoon Ruth and Andy came to pick him up to go and stay with them. Sending our condolences to Buddy's family, very sorry for your loss. Xxx
