Stunning looking boy. Where is the fawn bit? He looks all white in the photo.

That's so lovely to read how well Mo is coming on in such a short space of time. Just goes to show that with time, patience and love - all things are possible. Keep up the good work. x

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Saw Tixy's new Mum and Dad yesterday and they seemed lovely and really excited. My Mum was really emotional seeing her going to such a loving home after we took her to the dog show (my Mum is rarely openly emotional - English stiff upper lip!) TIxy is such a special girl and wishing the new family lots of love and happiness. Best wishes, Louisa xxxx

Mick really settled well, think the left overs from Sunday lunch on his dinner helped, no problems over night and dry in the house. He is such a loving dog and would settle well into most households.

Mo
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Mo was brilliant yesterday for our first day of foster care. As Jim said she is a lovely quiet girl. Mo travelled home great cuddled up with our 2 greys. She has ignored our cat Tigger. When she did look at Tigger we said leave it and she looked away. She found the Tv a bit loud so took herself off to her bed in the kitchen. She came in from time to time to say hello, have some praise and a tickle behind the ears. Mo was great when we went to see family for a couple of hours yesterday. In fact I'm not sure she left her bed for the 2 hours. Mo loved her walk and has a fun little trot. She walked great on the lead with our girls (greys). Mo got very excited about her dinner and kept coming into the lounge while it was soaking to remind us it was there. She went to jump up side once we said no and she didn't try and do it again. She ate well and went back to her favourite spot. This morning she ate her post op tablets wrapped in tuna out of our hands which is progress from yesterday when it had to be on the floor. With the help of some treats she came when she was called this morning too. Mo is a real sweetheart and would make a great addition to someone's home. Mo is shy, loves praise, listens when you say no, appears Cat friendly.

Danny came to visit us at Notcutts today and he seems a really sweet lad. He's quite small for a boy - standing next to Lola he's not as tall as her, so anyone looking for a smaller boy should check him out and try to see beyond the bald bum etc. With some tlc, good food and nice comfy bedding to help him on his way he should have plenty of scope for improvement. x

Danny
I’m Homed
Danny went to a road show today. He coped very well with what must have been a bewildering experience for him a large noisy car park lots of people, swishing automatic doors etc.He coped very well and clearly likes people leaning on anyone that took the time to talk and stroke him. He seems to need a lot of reassurance and likes to be close to you.So much so he tried to get into the front of the car on the way back and spent most of the journey trying to lean his head accross my chest. He seems happy in the company of other greys and seems to gain confidence from their prescence. He is really a sweet little lad who will enjoy a household which can give him hundreds of cuddles a day.He was happy to be in the company of children of all ages and enjoyed the attention he has had today. He also enjoyed the sausage and biscuits that Linda had brought with her. All in all this lovely boy did well for his first big outing as a retired greyhound. I hope he gets his forever home as soon as possible especially as May his kennelmate has been reserved.
