I am writing with great sadness that I have just heard that beautiful Sunny left for Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. He had not been well for a while and despite tests, he had declined in health. My thoughts are with his wonderful family who Sunny entertained and kept on their toes. He was a wonderful character and much loved by us at Daybreaks as he was a long stayer until he found himself the most wonderful home. Run free Sunny - I am so very very sad you did not have longer to enjoy your retirement. xxxx

Mannie has been a good boy while here. He been settling really well and enjoying all the new places and smells. He was a bit stressed at night but he's getting better. He had been trying to go up the stairs but he can't get down with out help. He's met Stan and Twiggy and was a really good boy. Twiggy and Stan had a little growl but other than that they we're fine. He has walked past other dogs and he didn't react at all. He's settled well into home life and is happy to lie on his bed with a treat and then settle for the night

Where has this girl been I see she didn't race and had 6 offspring or maybe more but 6 have raced and are on greyhound data.

I think all of us would prefer the dogs to come back to Daybreaks when they are clearly worried by something in the new home - there's the right dog and home for everyone and every dog so it's better they're back with us than there's an accident. Julie
