Im quite sad that, due to prior committments, the beautiful Derry has to go back today. He is coming along so well out of the kennel environment. Clean since arrival, he now trots up the stairs without a second thought and really enjoys his playtime. He likes nothing better than to please you and get some praise and a fuss, and is a fabulous "leaner"! The world is starting to be less of a scary place, and this boy is a bundle of fun just waiting to emerge. Time and patience is what this handsome fella needs. Good luck my gorgeous boy. xx

Hi Aimee, just to add my tuppence worth, i love to see your comments too as i have a greyhound who went through hell in his early life and it is lovely to see that its not always like that and that some of the wonderful greys have known love and kindness before they come into a home....apart from that it helps us so much more to find the right home when we know more about their background and all your info is invaluable. keep it coming...much love Ina , very proud mum of Rossi Toby McKenzie and Daisy. 🙂

My boss , Cari Eadon , brought my dog Carrie Eden , a present , a mini hot water bottle , it's tiny and Carrie loves it filled with warm water under her sleeping bag , but can someone tell me why greyhounds still look so sad and does the look on there face absolutely not just kill you with emotion ?

Hi Mand, Thank you, thank you all for your kind words. And there was me thinking i was clogging up the comments box or annoying people with my long comments that are abit emotional at times. I'm happy people have the time to read them and may of considered adopting the greyhound because of them, anything I can do to help one of my wonderful little (in this case BIG) racers find a forever home 🙂 x
