Well we've been home couple of hours xx daisy had agd route round , 2 wees in the garden n poo xx having a gd look round , just took her for a little walk been n showed her off to aunty Mandy's xx wish us luck tonight x

ahhh look Maxie is smiling, he has a sister to love again....this is just great...makes me wish that you would have been able to have had him and Daisy when they first came in (although i would not want to part with my Daisy for anything) maybe these things are meant to be. so very happy for you all. 🙂 x

Well just met Daisy as she had a little walk n what a little poppet, ears all over the place, eyes wide wide open to everything, hee hee. Gave her a lovely munch before she headed home, oh n my girls were safely in the house though they did look quizzically at us all.when we came in!!! Oh n for Daisys new mum, my phone will be off two night, hee hee xxx

Kirsty has come home with me after being returned today through no fault of her own - she has settled in well with my 6 greys and with her being cat friendly as well as stuffed alligator toy friendly, I am sure it won't be long before she finds a home! Fingers crossed for the viewing tomorrow x ps hugs to Louisa and Craig who made the difficult decision to return Kirsty - they have done the right thing even though it has been very hard for them.

Magic

Magic has now been with us nearly a week and he is still doing really well. We have built up his separation time over the week and today was the maximum time he will be ever left for. He did not show any signs of anxiety on my return which is so pleasing. He amazed us the other day as after a walk he went upstairs on his own, to sit on his pillow and he fell asleep whilst the rest of the family where downstairs, this a big achievement for a dog who has suffered separation anxiety. For any owners who have a dog suffering with separation anxiety get them into a routine, give them quality food, give them boundaries (magic does not get on our sofa or beds after being trained not to) get a kong toy to keep them occupied, put some music on when you are away, work with them at their pace and give them plenty of reassurances and support. This week has been one of the most rewarding weeks for us in owning a grey, seeing magic develop into a loving dog, after being informed and witnessing some of the stresses and anxiety he was under last week. He still has lots of training ahead but we are committed and he is learning quickly so we will all just keeping working together to give him a great retirement.

I have seen this boy today and he is so chilled. He was stretched out on a very comfy bed clearly enjoying his retirement.He has a friendly/sunny disposition and gets more stunning every time I see him. he is soooooooo very handsome and affectionate.His foster family have really looked after him well and they must miss him.
