Hi Deb, Billy was in a home for about 10 weeks - he's a lovely boy, good with children and other breeds, great to walk and very friendly and affectionate. He does like company though, human or canine, and wouldn't want to be left alone for long periods. If I was 10 years younger and looking for a boy dog he'd be my first choice!! Beryl

Do we know if his previous owner had him long enough to be house trained?

Saw Finlay on the Stratford walk he looks very happy with his mum and big sister. His mum told us he likes to stretch out on the sofa with his head in her lap.Something his greyhound sister has not done in 7 years! so pleased for this big boy who had to wait a while before he found his perfect home.

hello Caroline, little Daisy is fine with other dogs and she does not bark or pull when out...one of my big boys (the one who would not have tolerated Max in the house as he is as strong as him) is not friendly with other breeds at all, i walk him muzzled at all times and often use a harness which helps control him a little better....good luck with Max, he is lovely and hopefully with your help he will get used to being walked out and about....it often seems easier not to bother when they play up but that is completely the wrong thing to do as they will never get used to being out and meeting other dogs....I am happy to hear that he is good in the house for you and hope that he settles with his walks soon.love Ina and Daisy and Rossi Toby and McKenzie. x

Hi Sharon. Our Tom slipped his lead ages ago as well, we switched to a harness then and found some great fleece lines ones at dog- games - https://dog-games-shop.co.uk/harnesses-fleece-lined. They are lovely and soft but really strong and you can get matching collars as well. Just something else to have a look at. Sest wishes Sam
