Ruby
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Ruby played with a toy for the first time today 🙂 She still loves to sleep at the bottom of the stairs despite dog beds being available all around the house! We have therefore moved the dog beds to where she likes! Not one accident and is fine to be left on her own for several hours... she is a treasure x

Goldie
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Goldie is lying on her bed whislt i potter, what a star!, well that 's the impression she likes to give! She is now completly at home and boy has her personality been found, walks like a star and working on the other dogs trauma, she does love her beat friend Jack(a yorkshire terrier), she tries so hard to get him to play but at 16 he's not so keen! Now as to the food, well anything is fair game, especially food that is not meant for her! We are learning slowly not to leave the kitchen door open as no work surface is safe, and i'm not so keen on disturbed nights when she's eaten something thats upset her tummy! Had better finish now as she's looking at me saying "am i going to get i walk this morning!" So will head off out and keep an eye out for those pesky squirrels, as they are definately worth a look, "if only i could get to them", I hear goldie cry! Thanks again, I think, for letting Goldie be part of our family, must must remember to shut that door!!!!

Jake
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Jake is such a gorgeous boy with the waggiest tail you can ever imagine. He looks so distinguished with his grey face. But then I'm biased because of my darling Lola who has this look too 🙂 Wish we had more space, a bigger car etc then I'd just whisk him away to live with our girls.....

Bingo
I’m Homed
We have Bingo at home for a trial this weekend and he has been really calm and laid back, not even fazed by the fireworks. Our other grey is fine with him although she does keep barking at him in the garden to try and get him to play with her. He is asleep at the moment having collected up all the squeaky tennis balls.

Jack
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Aha! We shall have to take Joey for a walk there. We tend to walk to the Dingles and along the river by Sarehole Mill as this is our closest walk but have not met any greys along there yet!! We must walk at totally different times to everyone else. Shall try Kings Heath Park and bring Joey along sometime at the weekend 🙂

Jack
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Hi Ann I know what you mean about the speed they come back to you at. At one point, I though Jack was going to go through the fence like a spud through a potato chipper! It's hard to describe how good it feels when you see them at full speed - all legs and head bouncing up and down but it's scary when you think they're not going to pull up in time. Jack was brilliant this morning and started to judge his braking distances perfectly - he should put in for a driving test! Darryl
