I've just had a phone call from Chris the vet and the results are unfortunately inconclusive. This means a tumour can't be ruled out but at the moment osteosarcoma doesn't look likely which is fantastic news. I have spoken to Jayne who reports that her pad and toe are now swollen so we have a 9am vet appointment booked tomorrow and we will see what the next step is. Glass of wine time for me I think 🙂

Hi Deb, Jayne has decided to keep Fizz at home and postpone her holiday until we get the news.... if it is good news, then she needs to be admitted to have her operation asap.... I didn't think she had lost weight as she has the appetite of a horse! She is on anti-inflammatories and pain killers following her op so is not limping currently 🙂

Ruth, I can't stand it! The waiting & not knowing is really awful. I know Fizz is on holiday at the moment, which is so lovely for her, so not actually with you, but just wondering how she is in herself? Is she still limping badly & does the lump still appear to be growing. Is it my imagination, or has she lost some weight too? She looks really 'ribby' in the new window seat photo . . . poor baby =(

This lad is so desperately unhappy - which makes me desperate for him to find a home or if anyone is interested in fostering him, this would be a good start. He would definitely need to go to a home with other greys if possible as he suffers with separation anxiety if he is on his own.

i have walked Sunny quite a few times with my three boys and there was no problems, my McKenzie's trainer had said that he was not suitable to live with other dogs at all and he came into a household of one elderly bordercollie cross and 2 male greyhounds and has been amazing....i am certain that Sunny would not have any problems living with another male. Ina xxxx

Collected Gayle yesterday along with Tony she arrived at the kennels on Sunday whilst we were choosing Tony and as we were looking for two and they hit it off very well we now have both. She is a very pretty girl and so far very quiet and good although not happy with the TV!

Collected Tony yesterday along with Gayle very quiet night no accidents and he is now asleep next to me in the office upstairs! Gayle I hope is asleep downstairs. Both are gorgeous and have already had admiring visitors.

Lovely, lovely looking little boy. I read 'kennels well with girls' and immediately thought that maybe he wouldn't do quite so well with boys - just wondering if this is contributing to putting other people off too?
