Met this lovely boy with his foster mum yesterday and he is beautiful!! Such a quiet and gentle boy adn he did seem to get more used to the people wandering around and was happy to stand for fuss. I hope he finds his forever home soon.

Well these two beautiful sisters had an instant fan club when they arrived yesterday! Layla seems the more shy of the two but they are gorgeous, friendly girls. I wish we had room for these two stunners.

Sunny darling we were very tempted give you a trial wilth our other 3 when we fell for you yesterday at the birthday party. After having a serious think about it (forcing ourselves to think with our heads not our hearts) we decided it would be too hazardous to walk 4 greys when our other 3 still go bananas when they see another breed. Until they are calm when meeting other breeds I think it would be silly to have a fourth. We could have given you a trial but thought it would be unfair on you to give you a home environment then return you to the kennels if our fears were confirmed. You are such a gorgeous boy and would probably have had a wail of a time with Fire. We are gutted but have to be sensible and think of the welfare of all of you. You really deserve a wonderful home and I know the perfect family is out there for you. Please give this guy a chance xxxxxxx

This boy is just too easy to love xxx Expected a disturbed night...but no. He made his bed and after 2 mins was asleep with the other dogs, and we woke up to the fastest wagging tail ever xxxxx Ate breakfast with the others...again no probs. He loves cuddles and fuss and seems really comfortable with our dogs and the kids. Off for a walk soon xxxx He is fantastic xxxxx

Hiya Becky, well done for looking after Lachy for a bit - I'm sure all he needs is his confidence boosting up. Our first grey Kevin used to stop mid walk, but as you've discovered, with plenty of encouragement, treats and of course deception ;0) he was soon enjoying his walks. Maybe he'll realise he's happier and more confident walking with your pack, I know Kevin became a hundred times more confident when Sadie joined us, and even more so with Moo. I wonder if he's been tried with a Mekuti wrap? Might be worth having a word with Ruth or Julie Sadler. Let us know how he gets on... Em x

Lachy has been with us just a few hours and is being a fab boy. Such a happy waggy tail, and a huge lover of cuddles and kisses. Met all four cats, has had a sniff but then walks away, has enjoyed cuddles from the kids and is very gentle around them. No bother around food, and he ate his with the other 3 hounds with not a hint of a grumble and no hint of bowl throwing! Keen going out for a walk but stopped halfway, however with a bit of zigzaging (making him think we were going home) he managed the walked and stopped for just a few seconds occassionally....think its a confidence thing and we will work on it...amazing what a few treats can inspire lol xxx now fast asleep on the sofa after a yummy hide chew and no toileting problems, he seemed to know where to go already. Will let you know how he gets on overnight. PS Sam said 'thankyou' to Aunty Ruth for his new bowl...it slowed him down and he probally tasted more of his food xxxx

Just 2 initial settling garden trips again & then a completely quiet night until 7am again - I am SOOOOOO pleased that this little girl has slotted into our brood, as she is such a beautiful little poppet, with the waggiest tail, the lickiest tongue & the sweetest personality. I guess you've stolen our hearts & secured your forever home baby girl! 😀 XXXX
