Maisie
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Oh no, such awful news :0( but there is absolutely no doubt that Maisie had a FANTASTIC 7 months with Deb and her family. I loved reading about how she was getting on, and I can only say another big thank you to them for welcoming her into their family knowing that they wouldn't have long with her, and nursing her back to state where she could enjoy her brief stay with them. Run free beautiful Maisie xxx

Flash
I’m Homed
Tuesday - day 4 in her foster (holiday) home. Flash settled in pretty much straight away and has slept well in a crate for the last three nights. She didn’t stir during the three hour trip to Wales the morning after she came away from Daybreaks. No accidents at all in either the house or the caravan (unlike our two when they moved in). Flash has met and been on walks with some non-greys and has been no trouble at all. What a lovely hound. I hope she soon finds her forever home. In the meantime she is enjoying her holiday and sleeping a lot.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
I have just come home to an email with such very sad news. Dearest Maisie ran free to Rainbow Bridge this morning. My love is with Debbie and her family who have given her the best time possible since they adopted her last year at the grand age of 12. Maisie, you were a very special and beautiful girl..... Heaven has just gained another angel xxxxxx

Sorry bro i'm highjacking your page cus I was pre computer!! Tis 3 years since I chose a couple of "HUMANS" to look after me in my non racing days. I'll admit I thought they would be 100% trained by now but still a few things to work on! Thanks aunti Ruth for letting me pick mum & dad and to all dogs still waiting for your forever home, me & Tom have our paws crossed hoping it won't be too long for you all to wait xxxx

After her first two nights she has seemed to settle in well - a bit of protesting to begin with but has had two good sleeps through the night, has decided the sofa is her favourite place to sleep! She has been for a long walk today to Kenilworth castle and has made two more greyhound friends along the way...She is now flat out on her 'day' bed with Ed the Ted!

Well done Tat, passing the cats and other breeds test xxxx Let your Aunty Ruth know that if she needs a foster home for you over the Daybreaks closing period, you would be very welcome (loved, fussed and cuddled !) here with us ( 3 children, 2 greys, 1 lurcher and 4 very dog friendly cats !) There is always lots of fun and walks in Sutton Park xxxxx
