Hello Kirsty and Martin, I did your home check before you had Guinness, I am so delighted you have decided to adopt someone else, Guinness was a very special boy and will not be forgotten, but it would be such a shame not to fill that greyhound shape hole in your lovely home with a new boy. Just a quick update before I get the children to school. Lady slept on our bed for most of the night(tast as you mean to go on) and Jo on his settee in our room. they got us ( Mike) up at about 3am for the garden and Lady slept downstairs for the rest of the night. I had a small gift in the dining room when I got up at 6 but it was firm which always helps 🙂 ! She has shown herself to be intermitenlty interested in the cats but a quick "leave" and when needed the water spray has helped divert her attention. She is actually more interested in food than cats! We are confident that that with love and patience she will learn very quickly. We are keeping her muzzled for now, a neccessary evil. She adores the children and they her and it's amazing how very attached she has become in such a short space of time. I will try to post some photo later. excuse poor typing

We're home! Lady has had a wee i the garden but Jo wants to play - so excited, but like all good women she's told him who's boss. Lady is of course overwhelmed by it all ( so am I) but seems to have attached herself to my daughter, Lettie-Mai. Children will be wanting a day off of school tomorrow - I can feel it coming!!!!

this is such wonderful and amazing news. We are all so excited and are finding it just a bit spooky that we should come accross Jo's litter mate like this. We haven't met her yet either but she'd be as loved with three legs and one just as much as she would with all her legs and both eyes. HOpe she likes!
