Oh my goodness this boy was a delight today! He was an angel on his walk, stayed by my side throughout even when some silly labradors barked at him. Plus, other than an enquiring glance towards the beagle out walking he was as good as gold. So soft and so sweet. I could very easily have taken him home. xx

Another gorgeous new arrival today. A really big handsome boy. He was pretending to be shy but I knew all he really wanted was a cuddle. 🙂

My son has just adopted Topsy. He is a seasoned greyhound owner and she will be blissfully happy with him. Him and his family fell in love with her at first sight. Looking forward to meeting you next weekend Topsy. Love, your new Nanny xxxxxx

Was a hard choice between Topsy and Jess, but we think Topsy chose us. Already have an excited 4 1/2 yr old who would rather daddy drove straight back over to get her - but we want to get home ready for her - nice new bed etc. I'm sure Dookie (Brindle male, Glenholme Duke - PTS October 2010) would have approved of her - despite our protestations we weren't "Grey"less for long.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Hello everybody, just a note to say Presley is doing so well and now thinks of his new home as home. Cat training has got to the stage where the cats come into the lounge in the evening with us, with Presley under close supervision the situation is becoming more relaxed. Will keep you all posted with his rehabilitation.xx

I am so glad to hear that Ellie May is settling in well to her new home. We have Mick, her son, who is just as much a fuss pot as Ellie. We met her at Bark Inn Kennels and gave her lots of cuddles. Have fun sweetheart, maybe we'll meet you again on one of the walks. xxxxx

We just popped into Daybreaks so everyone could see how Santa was getting on and ended up aquiring another grey to add to our collection. Sprout (who is now to be called Marty - Mars City 2 - take out the s c i and you have Marty) He came into the house and said hello to our other two greys Beau and Misty, Tilly the lab and Milo our daughters Jack Russell. His first night here was fine, he has settled in his new bed on the landing with Misty. He has enjoyed two walks in the woods but we have yet to hear him bark. We took him on a foster basis but I dont think that we will want to part with him. We have had many different breeds of rescue dog over the years and appreciate that second hand dogs have second hand problems which cannot all be solved overnight. However with a lot of love and patience they can become wonderful pets.Marty is reading this over my shoulder and agrees with what I have written.

Hi, Lucy, here (Kellys big little sister) further update on Mom, her bruises are very pretty lots of colours on her face, and her knee is pretty spectacular colour wise. She was wearing her glasses when she fell (not good) glasses broke and caused some damage. Aunty Beck took her back to hosp yesterday as she has infection in her eye. Kelly is a pain she keeps wanting to play with me i have told her unless she sorts out her long gangly leggs no chance.Moms shoes, slippers underwear! and various boxes and veg appear in middle of carpet or the bed, got to find her something to do, thinking of hiding her food, so she has to look for it, any one any ideas! Thats about it for now going to play with Purdy and Paddy (Idont think so) up at Evesham Country Park. Sparkly ring on Aunty Becks finger wonder what that means? Lucy and xxxx from Ke.lly
