Good luck Ellie-May ,we are sure you will settle in with your new greyhound brother,introduce them ,use muzzles on both and see how they respond to each other.Give her ,her own space and bed and it is quite surpising how quickly they get used to each other.We have 3 greys ,2 dogs and a bitch they get on really well.Everyone at Daybreaks have lots of experience with greys and by going on a few of the walks will help you meet other greys and owners.

I was recommended a harness for Craig (Carraig) and it was the best thing I did. He now walks very well and only pulls occasionally. My other two pulled when I first had them but it was only due to curiosity of their new surroundings. Fingers crossed that you find a forever home soon. xxx Liz, Linz, Rachel, Lyonell, Dill and Carraig

Just wanted to clarify if you see dodgy posts from us on the comments, my 7 year old keeps putting them on when shes looking at the dogs and I only find them when I read the comments pages!! So sorry if they are complete nonsense x She loves reading and keeping up to date with the greys and was devastated when Reuben came back as she wanted to home him!

I had the pleasure of walking Stevie yesterday and I can assure you that he is perfect on the lead. He walked on a loose lead, right at my leg adjusting his pace to mine perfectly. The family that are lucky enough to get Stevie will be truly blessed.

Oh Dear, sounds like there was more going on for the family than they've confessed to, pulling is easily fixed (just ask Stef the dog-whisperer!). Our two walk best with their leads wrapped around in a harness-like fashion so they can feel the lead on their chest as well as neck, but I've had a spaniel and a terrier who both pulled loads more than our greys. Good luck Reuben, you're a handsome young lad and I'm sure you'll find a forever home soon...Laura and Craig?? x

Ruth I can't believe youv'e let a dog out that pulls! You also failed to inform me that Ben would block the Wii sensor causing absolute mayhem this xmas,but despite this we are going to keep him. Seriously though Reuben is a lovely dog who deserves a loving home and obviously was excited with his new scenery/walk,as my two are if we go somewhere they havent been before,im sure it would have settled down very quickly.Someone now has a great opportunity to have Reuben,but be quick as he's that handsome it won't be long before he "pulls"again!

So sad to see this handsome boy back! I walked him today and found he walked beautifully on his lead not a bit of pulling. We had a lovely cuddle too!! I hope next time is forever gorgeous!! xxx
