Great news you've been rehomed, hope you don't get returned. Was considering reserving you but as only toilet trained and not cat friendly had a change of mind. Congratulations on the sleep over to both of you. Love Sylv,John,Mindy,Minty & Flossie x

Paddy met a little black puppy...I think he thought she was a toy(!) she was very submissive and Paddy very gently mouthed her 🙂 We are determined to get to training classes in January, both Paddy and Perdi could do with more socialising and learning a few things (like Paddy learning to come when he's called whether he feels like it or not!)x

Having a new grey in your house is a big step - whether it is your first, second or even seventh (!). It is a whole new way of life to learn and as we say, it takes us a while to learn a new language - sometimes months - even years - and a grey can take this sort of time to learn a new way of life. An existing grey in a house with a new arrival has also got to learn - like families bringing a new baby into a home - there is often animosity with existing siblings as life has changed. Using a muzzle is an absolute must, as it must be remembered that they are animals and their only way to tell each other off is by growling or biting. Equally over exuberant playing can lead to disaster. Joe, one of our greys bit Maggie because she jumped on him in his bed and this unfortunately resulted in emergency surgery - they have lived harmoniously together for over a year without prior incidents. It is something we have to accept that will happen if we have animals. If you want it to work with Becky we will help you through. xxxx

oh dear, that's so sad, Becky seems like such a lovely lass, but fighting is not good 🙁 you need to do what's best for you all. If Becky has to come back I'm sure someone else will snap her up, she's gorgeous and soft. Hope you had a calm Christmas and all the dogs (and you both) are ok x

She LOVED her Christmas dinner that Lynn brought all the greys - she likes her meatballs and she liked the tripe I bought her too. Ina bought a big bag of chicken peices in and that is going down well! Not cat tested her (due to the weather and travelling) but could do if someone was seriously interested in her with cats......

We are home now and survived the night of mega minus temperatures! It was toasty and cosy in the kennel - I had a couple of hot water bottles.... erm..... called Maggie and Penny! We had a few visitors last night as well - I think just to make sure we really were there! I am just so grateful and thankful to everyone who supported us - I am proud to say we have raised almost £2,500 - absolutely amazing..... THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE xxx
