Maisie
Over the Rainbow Bridge
I could do with a sausage bap van parked on the front drive!! This golden oldie never stops looking for food - I just can't begin to imagine how hungry she has been to get so pitifully thin (she has the most amazing wind now she is scoffing loads!!!) We are keeping up with the joint treatment kindly donated and also giving cod liver oil capsules as recommended by one of her many followers. Regular massage as shown by Julie at the show and regular short walks to keep her moving and build her wasted muscles. Maisie is following me everywhere & already no longer needs the security of her pop up enclosure. Last night she settled herself with the girls and had no intention of going in the pop up to sleep!! She has trouble getting up sometimes but just gives me 'the look' to ask for a lift up & then she is fine. The connection we already have is absolutely magical, its as though she has always been our little princess. X deb

So glad to hear you are feeling better Maisie it just goes to show how much pain you were in that within a few days of major surgery you are feeling as spritley as you obviously are, was so blessed to have met you and been able to donate to your treatment on saturday. Knew you would soon be feeling better when your new mom gave you a sausage bap from the van and you wolfed the lot in minutes....yum yum. Enjoy your twighlight years in happiness and comfort my darling. Thanks Debbie for giving her such a fab home.xx

Magic
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Good morning Magic and Fire my sweethearts. I hope you had a lovely night together (the first of forever). I thought about you all night and can't wait until we can bring you home. Daddy is going to sort as much of the fencing as he can this week (if he has any light left) so that we can hopefully finish early enough on Saturday to get the approval from Kerry and get you guys home for the weekend. I will try see you this afternoon for a little while (if they let me out of work on time). Lots of love and cuddles, your mummy, daddy and sis xxxxxx

Mick
I’m Homed
I forgot to mention that my husband thinks Mick looks like Patrick Stewart (actor from Star Trek) so if the name "Mick" wasn't for you, he could be "Captain Picard", "Patrick" or just "Pat"...the dog! x

Mick
I’m Homed
Mick is coming back today, he is just beautiful, he's been the perfect guest. My heart is breaking at having to return him but I know that he'll be found the most fantastic home and needs to be seen at the kennels for that to happen (who could resist those ears?!) He's very special...he: loves cuddles, children, food, walks, being groomed, is calm in the house, is clean in the house, likes playing with toys (squeeks ones are best!), is clever and comes to his name, is responsive to training-knows what "no" means, has the softest fur and cutest ears...I just love him! With training I think he'll be fine with other breeds, he's been great with our spaniel, sharing toys and a bed and even been tollerant of Charlie's kisses! Please someone give this love sponge a home, if I didn't have 3 dogs already, he'd be staying with me, he's a joy to have around, a very special boy.

Craig
I’m Homed
saw Craig yesterday at the show and he is so lovely, but I guess I am a black beauty fan. They just have something about their eyes and seem to know they have so much competion for rehoming from the other mixed colour Greys they seem to try harder to get your attention (or perhaps its my imagination) anyway I have just recieved my new black "Homer's Friend" soft toy and its fab! just like my 3 black beauties, unfortunately they would like to get a leg each and have a tug of war!!! so I have had to put it safely away for my little grandchilld in America for Christmas. good luck Craig sweetie x Jenny

Max
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Just an update, Max has been brilliant. He slept all night with no mess, still getting on well with Blaze and Gracie. He came for walk in the park this afternoon came into contact with two other breeds, had a little bark at the first but no lunging. The second came within 4 yards of him but still no lunging or barking, so lots of luvs and treats upon returning home. Max has also been very good with our 5 year old son, proving to be very tolerant towards children. Overall Max would be the perfect companion for anybody, he loves fuss but isn't demanding with it. Please please someone offer him a permanant home, you wouldn't regret it xx
