Our Lady was very timid & scared of loud noises when she came to us. So much so, that we were warned she would scale a 6ft fence! She settled with us - kids, Ebony the dog and Ellie the cat, and we haven't looked back since. She is still shy, but no longer afraid of her own shadow! With lots of love and a little time, she soon adapted, and we are now looking for another grey to join our brood. Maybe you are the one Percy?? How do you feel about cats??

A real happy boy. I know there is a loving family who would love this ray of sunshine. Just look into those eyes. He likes to give big sloppy kisses, just give him love and fuss and you will be rewarded with one of those kisses. XXXX

Mysty is doing ever so well. My boyfriend has stayed a few times now and she gets on well with him, it may be all the treats he gives her. He does the morning weekend walk and discovered parts of the village that even I didn't know about. My thanks to zalthered for the work they did with her during her fostering at christmas it has made the transition so easy for us.Mysty has only been with us a short while but already feels as if she has always been here.

Well Myles, it looks like you've got all four paws under the table, well you would if we hadn't had to move it out for JoJo, Ruby and now, it seems, you too. You have been a good lad and the girls are happy with you, probably because they can boss you about, that makes two of us!! Welcome to your new home lad, I hope you enjoy us as much as we enjoy you.

Hi Ina,my new family are planning to take me to the next walk at Sutton Park at the end of January.......see you there!Love Terry.x P.S my family are thinking of changing my name to 'Houdini'as I got out of the kitchen(jumped over a gate they had fitted )and opened the lounge door-I was at the lounge window wagging my tail when they returned.Oddly enough there was a funny noise-my family call it an alarm I think!

When I had my first grey Izzie from another grey rescue she had been there for a year for the same reason as Max, dhe just didn,t sell herself. She loved people but was "stir crazy" and put people off because she lay in her kennel covered in sawdust and her own wee licking the metal bars on the entrance door!!! She looked at us as we passed and we just had to ask about her and . After hearing her story we took her for a walk and that was it, we where in love, Yes she was a bit confused at first and was a real thief with food, but she was soon clean in the house and once she realised she belonged to someone at last her loving personality shone through. Please someone give this lad a chance. x
