i took joy out today with her kennelmate Max and she is a little treasure on the lead, she is such a sweet little girl and i hope that she will get a home for herself very soon. xxx

had a chat with Tara's foster parents today who sang her praises and told me how well she is settling into a home environment, that should make her re-homing so much easier as she will be already adjusted to being a pet greyhound. please someone give Tara a loving forever home, she is a beautiful little girl and she will reward you with lots of love. xxx

Flower is one of the prettiest greys i have seen she really is a beauty and this is coming from me who generally adores the black beauties above all else. she is a real little character as well and will add some colour to somebody's life this new year. xxx

Kylie is a proper little girl and she is rather cute to look at...the name suits her as it brings to mind a very dainty singer and this little girl is certainly dainty although i am not sure about her ability to burst into song!!! xxx

Maxie is such a little love, so dainty for a boy and so sweet and well behaved, i just can't understand why noone has chosen him yet. someone out there who is looking for a smallish well behaved grey please go and spend some time with this lad and see for yourself just how lovely he is and offer him the home he so wants and deserves. xxxx

Magic is just beautiful and such a lovely natured boy...i have fallen in love with yet another black boy!!! somebody out there is going to have a wonderful pet greyhound when they adopt this lovely lovely boy, i am quite jealous but then again i can;t have them all. xxx

hi all. thanks for the well wishes for tilly. she is getting better each day. the swelling has gone down loads and vet said so far so good as for saving the eye. she will defo not regain sight but i am praying the eye will stay. she has become a bit scared of things as she is adjusting to seeing with one eye, but getting braver and is very clingy. but we havnt left her side once since it happened with us taking it turns to sleep next to her at night on the floor so she dosnt bump into anything. we are back ar work tomora so its up to the grandparents now. vet again on monday so by then hopefully it will have gone down even more. Our other grey belle is now going round on 3 legs, the vet said she has got a corn. great, one dog with 3 legs and one with one eye. we hope 2010 will bring our babies some good luck. love claire, matt, tilly and belle.xx happy new year to you all.xxxx

Hi Ruth, Wasn't sure where else to leave this message and as I was admiring my favourite boy again I thought I'd drop it here. Have you ever heard of 'Music magpie'? It's a website where people can get money for old CD's and DVD's which I just discovered in my new years quest to save some money and I noticed that they have a charity section. By the looks of it you ask volunteers to donate old CD's etc (ideal after Xmas!) and they will then pay you for them. Don't know if it's something you've done before or something that's useful but I thought it could help you guys raise some more money. xx

Well well well, beautiful Moomin never even made it to the kennels! She arrived here at home yesterday lunchtime and is now a much loved member of the Bryce family which now consists of (deep breath) Emma and Dave, kids Abby and Lauren, greys Kevin and Sadie, and cats Poppy and Monty! She has settled in remarkably well, even though none of us got a wink of sleep last night because Kev was stressing over the fireworks. She loves the garden and has been asking to go out for wees (although I do think it's also an excuse to go out and play!), has been ignoring the cats (but not the cat food!), and is just an all-round loving, playful, cuddly and delightful girl. Happy New Year! Em x
