    Over the Rainbow Bridge

Just to let you know that Buzz has settled in brilliantly. He loves his food and his new friends, he got on with Max (Bob) and Storm (Norman) straight away. He is getting shinier every day and likes his cod liver oil and evening primrose oil capsules. He didn't like the stairs to start with, but had no problem getting up them now he's discovered a very comfy bed, which he also likes to sleep on at night (bit of a squeeze)! He likes giving kisses and is very gently, although he does like walking around the room with his jaws around either Bob or Normans head! Will keep you updated and bring him in to see you very soon.

We had the pleasure of taking this beautiful giant boy out on day release yesterday. It was a lovely sunny day and he enjoyed playing in the garden with Kevin our grey, and watering the plants of course! He was gentle and sweet with the children and didn't bat an eyelid with our two cats. Infact, he backed away from the cats when one of them raised her hackles - excellent sign of a cat friendly dog! Proper food monster, and loved toys especially the squeaky ones. There were tears from our youngest daughter Lauren when it was time to take him back to the kennels, and it was not difficult to understand why. Womble, you are truly a magnificent fellow, and you'll have no trouble at all getting a super home!

I think she would be fine with cats. She wasn't bothered by our chickens when she stopped at our house after her spey! She is absolutely gorgeous....

She looks like such a sweet dog, but we have cats and it doesn't say whether she will be good with them or not?

just as i said in my first comment she is so very much like a small female version of my Toby and i am absolutely certain that she'll be a first class companion dog as she is sweet and gentle and there is nothing more rewarding then gaining the trust of a shy greyhound. xxx
