Sadly Peaky has been returned today. His owners are very distraught at returning him, he may be suited to a home with older children and where there is someone at home most of the time.

Gold had a visit from his previous owners this morning to say good luck and goodbye. As they left I threw a ball for him to distract him from them leaving and he ran into the kitchen and caught his dew claw again! Blood dripping so I had no option but to pull the fractured claw off. He was so brave! His new mum and dad arrived shortly after and he is already gone! Good luck fella xxxx

Daybreaks Diary!

I wore six layers of clothing today and was still cold! :)) Accordimg to the weather forecast we will be getting temperatures of 9+ next week, tropical! :)) Sam came in with his foster family early this morning to be officially adopted! :)) He is a very lucky boy. Xxx Hollie also went off to her new home, I had lots of cuddles with her at breakfast time. 🙂 She is such a happy, friendly girl. :)) A lovely couple came in to visit Bea and instantly fell in love! She will be going home tomorrow. I'm sure her previous family will be very happy for her. Xxx Coffey came in for nail clipping, he wasn't impressed. Neither was Kitty when she came in to have her nails clipped. Her brother Bobby was a perfect gentleman and stood very calm and quietly to have his done. :))) Lunchtime saw the arrival of another Sam! He is absolutely gorgeous with a very distinguished grey face. Later on we had yet another Sam visit for his nails to be clipped. :)) The sand run was busy too and it was great to see recently homed Tom, he looked fabulous! Xx A big thank you to Bob for the toast I had in his nice warm kitchen before I went home this evening, it was smashing! :))) Xxx

Daybreaks Diary!

Already we have seen Sam off to his new home, we have a viewing for Bea, a new arrival is planned and Hollie is off to her new home this afternoon. With the sand run booked all through the day and lots of nail clippings, we hopefully can keep moving to stay warm - I hear the temperatures are increasing next week - yay - at least our kennels are toasty with their wall heaters, underbed heating and cosy PJ's! Stay at home everyone and stay safe x
