Little Dot

So I guess most of you will ask who is Little Dot?! Dot (new name as she is only 19kg) arrived a couple of weeks ago. She had been attacked by the other family dog and we were told that the owner wanted to PTS. However the vets got her to agree to sign her over and we were asked if we could take her. I took her home for a few days before she was viewed as her wound had only recently been stitched and was a bit weepy and she was quite nervous. She was viewed by a wonderful couple and she responded well to them and therefore went out on trial. She has been doing so well and today Little Dot was signed for on the dotted line! I am so happy x

Daybreaks Diary!

Yesterday I popped into the kennels... can’t resist on a day off and dropped off a massive box of ostrich bones! These are flying out as they are absolutely brilliant for removing plaque off teeth. We can post out via our online shop or give us a call at the kennels. Whilst there I met The lovely people viewing Yardy... he is such a happy boy so I’m over the moon he is finally reserved x

Yardy, this is BRILLIANT News. I am so happy for you. I thought you might be next to foster, which we would have loved as you are such a great, fun and loving dog. However, this is so much better, you have a forever home.

Daybreaks Diary!

Thanks to our Wednesday walkers who came in and walked what few dogs we had in! Yardy was reserved, and Kate was rehomed, she has a wonderful home with one of our lovely volunteers and family (dog Kate not human Kate)!!! So, we currently have no dogs on our website for rehoming! We have a new arrival on Saturday and another tomorrow or Friday. It's so amazing that these beautiful hounds are being homed so quickly. Sadly, two of my Wednesday volunteers will be leaving us shortly, Emily is off to university and Izzy is continuing her college course. Good luck to them both and many thanks for their continued help and support, they have worked incredibly hard and have been amazing.
