Over the Rainbow Bridge
Lovely Flash is a very nervous girl at the moment. However she did venture out of her kennel when I left the door open before I went home tonight. She had a wander down the corridor before running back to her bed. :). She is very sweet and gentle and will take a treat from you. Xxx

Sam had a paddle in the pool this afternoon and he had a teddy to play with, he enjoyed throwing him around. :)) His stay with Rosie and Paul has been good for him. His wonderful personality is beginning to emerge. Hoping so much he will soon find his perfect home. Xxx

What a cool looking Linford! 🙂 He is a great lad. He enjoyed playing with some toys today and was a very quick learner with the Kong treat toy....do hope he won't be waiting too much longer for his forever home. He is getting a little fed up of his kennel and is waiting patiently for someone special to come along. Xxx

Oh Linford, what a fab photo - shows what a lovely character you are. I just wish we could get you a forever sofa my lovely - may have to reinstate the phone photo screensaver with you as my first candidate! You may be a bit vocal until you come out of your kennel, but you're just reminding us not to forget about you - and you do love to lean! Fingers crossed for you my boy. xx

It was nice to see Sam again this morning, and his confidence has definitely improved. A little unsure at first, as I was really a new face again, we soon had the waggy tail back. This lovely chap is in need of his forever sofa - preferably with a sweet little girl already on it! Big cuddles handsome. xx

Over the Rainbow Bridge
I met this pretty little girl this morning and my goodness - what a nervous little bean she is. She did eat her breakfast though, and then sat in the corner of the feeding run like a "proper dog" until I had finished cleaning her kennel bless her. Still a youngster, she needs time and patience and a furry friend to show her the way - she gets my cuddle today. xx

It was an absolute pleasure to attend Ruth and Andy's wedding today. Despite all the restrictions due to the Corona Virus, it was a very happy and joyful occasion. Ruth looked beautiful as did her fabulous bridesmaids Tiggy and Momma! :)) There were also several other four legged well wishers! :)) It was lovely to see Bob give her away...Many congratulations and much love to the happy couple. Where to start today? A monumental day, Firstly, little Lucy had a viewing, she was so very well behaved, so much so a 2nd viewing is booked for tomorrow, but (there's always a but) I had a call and the family decided to reserve her, if all goes well tomorrow she will be going home! It was so very warm, so the dog's had a gentle stroll around the shaded area of the sand run this morning. This afternoon they were cooled down with a fine spray of water or for the nervous one's a lovely groom...Linford got both!!! Thanks so very much for the donations of bedding and lovely raffle prizes. I'm sure I have forgotten something, not used to doing a Friday diary, that is usually Angies baby, but for some reason she wasn't in today.....oh now I remember It was Ruth and Andy's wedding day, I knew there was something else!!! We managed to see Ruth off this afternoon, she looked absolutely stunning (even if acting a little nuts, must have been the wine gums)! Lisa B her maid of honour looked beautiful too. Bob who gave her away was equally dapper in his suit. The vintage Rolls Royce was amazing. Kate and Denise scrubbed up well too! Wishing the beautiful couple a long and happy marriage, not only from me but I'm sure all who dedicate their time to the kennels do too. Congratulations, you deserve this happiness. Xxx There are video posts on Daybreaks chat group Facebook page if you would like to see. I'm sure they will be on Daybreaks Ruth page too.0 Oh, we also have some new arrivals coming in next week (must thought I ought to mention it) :)) Ok, to finish off like Angie, I am going to raise a bottle or two... oops sorry glass of wine to toast not only another greyt day at the kennels, but especially to Mr and Mrs Price. Xxxx
