I'm Happy to say that Jess seems to be back to her normal self ( thanks for listening to me on the phone Ruth, Kate and Jo) she's back to her normal diet of Burns Pork and Potato and is coming second again in the how fast can we finish our food race again Celia always wins and Carrie always comes last , this has all been a bit of a mystery really , sure everyone and everything gets ill but such a dramatic weight loss in such a short space of time , I honestly thought I was going to lose her , she still has a noticeable Gurgel in her belly sometimes but has kept her food down for days now without being sick and has perked up massively , even though she still waits for me to cuddle her and say "you are such a pretty girl" before she eats

Lola

We took Lola to the vets for a check up today. I'm very pleased to say the vet said that she is making good progress. Lola is sporting a luminous pink bandage tonight, very lady like. It was nice to see she still has a waggy tail and is eating well too. Going back on Friday for another dressing change,she was very brave and was a very good girl having her dressing changed as it must have hurt. All the neighbours have been very kind sending get well cards and a large donation towards her vet care, lovely people xx

Happy 12th birthday to our very handsome boy Dexter (aka Doodles), can't believe he's 12, certainly doesn't always act like it!!, he's a bit wobbly some days but he's on medication for his arthritis, then other days he's running around the patio like a 2 year old. He's having Sainsburys Taste the difference sirloin steak for his dinner, he's going to share it with best brother Douggie ( I haven't told him that yet, he won't be very pleased knowing Dex lol), and he is going to be spoilt rotten- just a typical day really. We all love you lots birthday boy, hugs and kisses for your special day, love Mum, Pops & Douggie xxxxxx
